Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 9 a.m.
Required Stay: Sat to Sat or to be negotiated
Lodging Tax: included
Deposits: A deposit equivalent to half of the amount of the rental is required at the time of the booking...balance due two week before your trip. A security deposit of $300 is also required.
Other Fees: $80 Cleaning Fee....includes a set of sheets and towels and clean up on departure day.

We loved the beach villa. My family and I had a great time. We were able to see the sea turtles hatch one of the nights and the pool was so nice. I will for sure be back next year.

Although the outside of the building could be improved if it was painted a lighter colour than grey, once you opened the door you had a light, spacious apartment that opened directly onto the beach area. In the mornings you awoke to views of the sea, and breakfast (and all meals) were had on the balcony overlooking the spectacular beach. Whilst we were there, two sea turtle nests were discovered on the beach and fenced off to aid later hatching. We used the condo as a base to travel all over the area from Southport to Wilmington, Bald Head ISland and further afield to Myrtle Beach. We had a brilliant holiday and it was worth the travel from England. Highly recommended Ray & Pam Taylor Ipswich England
