Villa located on the 17th green/18th tee on the Oak Island Executive Golf Course ( Par 3 course) and just minutes from the beach. Located on the mainland. You have your option of Caswell Beach or Oak Island to spend your relaxing days or you can stroll through Historic Southport and live like a pirate. Too many attractions to mention including a short drive to Myrtle Beach, SC. Minutes Away from wildlife boat ramp (free access), as well as full service marina. Walk to pool & tennis courts and golf in your backyard. Too many amenities to mention, but better than a house on the ocean where you just have the beach. Call for availability and amenities.

Great..!!! Super Clean & Convenient

Booked our trip 5 months out for my sisters wedding. The owner Pat could not have been more helpful before, during or after oyr stay. She is fantastic! The townhouse is beautiful, spotless & super convenient. We were a party of 5 and all thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The guys golfed on the par 3 course twice while we were there - its right outside your door - as is the pool which we also used everyday. Location couldnt be better. Right on the main road of Oak Island you are only 2 minutes from the beach and Southport. Everything you need is right there. Excellent area to take a vacation. Plenty to do yet super relaxing in a beautiful setting. I have worked in the travel business for 25 years and really search for great yet inexpensive places to stay I can be tough to please as I am in the business. This townhouse offers all the amenities of a resort and all the comforts of home. We are returning next year. You wont be disappointed. Highly recommended. A+++

COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER!

This condo was unbelievable! No lugging your luggage, groceries, etc. up and down stairs in this one.When you pull up it is only a few steps into this gorgeous condo and WA-LA, your home! Like a vacation should be. The open floor plan allows your to converse with your family in the kitchen, eat in dining room/living room combo or retire to the airy screened in porch located right on the golf coarse. Feel like a swim? You can either wallk right out your back door and within a two minute stroll across the golf coarse you can be at the clubhouse/pool or take a five minute drive and be be at the beach! We just love the private master suite and knowing that are children are safely tucked in their own separate double beds just across the hall. With all of the convenient shopping and restaraunts, this is one vacation destination we are definitely make a yearly event (if not Bi-yearly!!)
