Description of the Oakland vacation apartment rental
Don't want to spend $125 on a hotel while you pass through town or look for a longer-term place? Stay in your own little bedroom and bathroom with separate entrance (privacy for both of us) in the lower level of my house instead, for $60 a night. Room gets good light, wifi, has cozy cabin-like wood walls, queen bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. There is even a Bay view from the front yard as you walk in. Minimum stay 3 nights, no pets, and non-smokers. Laundry available if you stay a week or more. Buses run frequently down to BART and a short walk to several stores. $35 one time cleaning fee. Email for details. One or 2 people only. $1100 monthly for anywhere one to 6 months stays. Weekly stay is $350 per week when staying for 2 weeks or longer.
Stunning panoramic views throughout the whole neighborhood, near Joaquin Miller Park, Montclair, and 5 minutes drive to Glenview, Lake Merritt, Rockridge and Piedmont. About 8-10 minutes drive to Berkeley and 15 to downtown San Francisco. Take the bus just across the street to the BART station to travel anywhere you need to get, or use the bike I lend to get around too. 10 minutes walk to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and post office, Long's Drugstore and library.

Owner Supplied Testimonials
one of my favorite compliments was that my place "does the trick, is cheap and cheerful, and the owner is just as cheerful!"
