Clean, un-cluttered guest house with all furniture, linens, and utilities included. Downstairs has a sunny kitchen with gas stove and double sink; living room with a couch, love-seat, table and chairs, writing desk and a entrance to the laundry room. Upstairs has a spacious bedroom with a queen-sized Tmpurpedic bed, a huge walk-in closet, and picture windows looking out on a redwood grove. The bathroom has a tiled tub and shower, towels and ample storage. There is a large deck with a picnic table and chairs for your private use. The rent includes high-speed internet, phone, and all utilities.
