Lodging tax: 8%
Deposits: A deposit of 100 USD will be applied to your card for each week reserved to secure your reservation. This charge will be applied to your final bill. Payment in full required when reserving from 25 Oct. until 05 Nov., (Day of the Dead), 23 July until 02 Aug.( Guelegetza) and from 22 Dec. until 02 Jan.(Christmas/New Years).
Payment Options: Mastercard, PayPal, Visa
Other Fees: Utilities, internet, one a week linen change and cleaning as well as starter kit included. You only pay for your food, drinking water and consumables (as your starter kits is consumed) as well as any damages to apartment in any way. Cooking classes and tours are separate. Tax is included in the weekly rate of 385 USD. The monthly rate of 999 USD does not include tax.

beautiful, spotless, quiet

My friend and I wanted to visit Oaxaca but did not want to stay in a hotel in the middle of town, we decided to go with an apartment that we could easily walk into town. Anthony's property was the most beautiful, clean, well designed place! A gorgeous view of the valley and mountains on a sweet street super close to the center of town (10 min walk). We had a roof top garden to enjoy, large windowns that allowed for a spectacular view but also total privacy! It was PERFECT!!! We'll come back any day!!! And the price was very fair. I talked to others who actually left their apartments b/c they did not get what was advertised. Here, with Anthony, you expectations are exceeded! Thank you!!!
