Stay in a beautifully decorated vacation rental located in Silver Springs Shore, Ocala, FL. Newly built, freshly painted and clean. This home offers you a fully equipped kitchen, china, utensils, refrigerator, telephone, stove, microwave and cookware. No smoking inside home.

Friday – Friday; 3-night minimum $145.00 a night

Cleaning Fee - $150.00 (one-time per booking)
Security Deposit - $350.00 (A refundable deposit of $ 350.00 is required and will be returned when property is inspected)
Pet Fee - $200.00 per pet (Small Dogs up to 20-pds, Cats)
Half down of full amount is due upon booking.
*** Checks - all visitors planning to pay by any form of check must book and pay in full all payments at least 35 days prior to date of arrival, to allow for check clearance.
If reserving less than 60 days payment must be made, and paid by money order or credit card (via paypal).

This home's location in Central Florida affords access for day trips to the Orlando attraction area (Disney, Universal, Sea World, etc), the popular beaches on the Atlantic Coast of Northern Florida (Daytona, Ormond, Cocoa), the Kennedy Space Center, Tampa's Busch Gardens, Silver Springs, or just exploring the many natural springs in the area including Silver Glen Springs just down the road.
