Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home on the 6th tee and fairway of the Ocala National Golf Club, (formerly Golden Hills Golf & Turf Club) is perfect for first or second honeymooners, but spacious enough to comfortably accomodate a party of 6 when not reserved for our special honeymoon guests.

Honeymoon Getaway's rec room and the oversized Master bedroom have sliding glass doors that open to a vista of lush "Old Florida" fauna and flora; huge oak trees, Spanish moss, and tropical birds and plants. The 1 acre property is nestled between a horse farm in front, and the 18 hole Championship golf course out back. The golf course was re-designed by Rees Jones, and was host to the Women's Mid-Amateur Championship in Oct. Bring your camera You may be watching a future Lorena Ochoa from your back yard! The Master bedroom contains a king bed, and has its own bath and 2 walk-in closets. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and a queen futon. The bedroom with the queen futon also contains a twin bed. There is a rec room, living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, and covered back porch. The dining room table seats 6, and there are 2 patio tables and a gas grill on the back porch for outside enjoyment. The laundry room is off the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer.

You'll love the well tended golf course at Ocala National Golf Club. There are beautiful rolling hills,and century old oak trees lining the fairways, and there are egrets and other water fowl in the lakes as well as a pair of wild turkeys on the 13th fairway! The course Is beautifully maintained, and it is now open to non- members for only $25 for 18 holes of golf. There are also more than 15 public courses within a 7 mile radius with fees ranging from $19-$42 for 18 holes of golf.
Honeymoon Getaway is close to Publix, Walgreens, 15 min. to Silver Springs attractions, 1 1/2 Hr from Disney/Orlando or Tampa. Jai Alai is just 35 minutes away.
There are wonderful Malls for shopping, restaurants for dining, beautiful rolling hills and Horse Farms.
The quiet and peaceful neighborhood streets are ideal for walking, birdwatching or biking.
Watch TV, play cards, or billiards while sipping your favorite refreshment in Honeymoon Getaway's rec room as you enjoy the wonderful back yard vista and the 6th tee and fairway. Enjoy watching butterflies and hummingbirds, pileated woodpeckers, osprey and cardinals from the breakfast nook of the kitchen.
