OCEANFRONT (#19413)

Write a review Our family rented the condo for 5 days in the off season. We got a great rate and it was still warm enough for us to play in the ocean. Many attractions were closed down,but there was still a bunch to do. We walked the beach and boardwalk, fed the birds, and the Ripley museum even opened up for just us. We had our own private tour!! All the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We took our 10 and 13 year old daughters,and the ocean just amazed them. We also took our 2 Jack Russells. The little one not a fan of the ocean/beach. The oldest Jack,by far,had the best time in the ocean out of all of us. The grocery store,pharmacy,and many resturants were very close. All within about 15 minutes of the condo. My family takes alot of "mini-vacations" during the year, but this was by far our best yet!! This was our family vacation for this year. Everyone had something to do to enjoy their vacation. The young ones were happy with the pool, beach, and ice skating. The older children (the boys) loved the fishing and jet skiing in the area. The women loved the shopping, relaxing (sauna was great) and me I was just happy that everyone enjoyed themselves. My morning tea on the balcony was great!!!!!!!!!!! ohh my god it was alsome thank you owners for the great stay and i loved the oceanfront window your the best Who would think a Beach Vacation in December..along the Maryland Coast would be wonderful? ....My family had a wonderful vacation in this condo/resort. We were delighted to walk along the beach and look for shells. The condo had everything we needed and the owners could not have been more helpful or kind. We hope we are able to return again next year. Thank you!!.... My sister and I spent a nice long weekend at this condo, thanks to the owners, who were very kind, helpful and very accomodating. I have to admit I had never rented out a condo like this before (always a hotel person, until now) but was so pleasantly pleased after dealing with the owners of this unit. Couldn't have been any kinder. The unit was beautiful, clean, comfortable and perfectly located in OC. Was a little disappointed that many of the larger restaurant chains were closed for the season....HOWEVER, because of that we found The Crab Cake Factory which sits right next door to the Carousel. They serve the most delicious crab cakes my sister and I have had. A definite plus to staying at this condo. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips !!Such a great deal !! Thanks Randy We stayed during the month of Novemeber and, fortunately, the weather cooperated with us...we were prepared with hats and gloves, but it was 60's and sunny all week. The condo was like home, from the sheets ready on the bed when we arrived to completely stocked kitchen...the children enjoyed collecting the shells that weren't picked over, the beach and view from the condo. was great, the beds comfortable, the view of the bay and ocean spectacular, and ice rink, since my daughter is a pro, wonderful. She entertained the crowds there for the weekend well. The pool was warm and the staff was very kind. Check-in, and out, regretable, was very easy. The only thing we were missing was a pizza cutter! :-). I would highly recommend this condo, and will return maybe next Thanksgiving, myself. The owners were very nice also. If you wish for a most relaxing stay, at a great, homey, condo. I would recommend this one without a doubt. Have a happy vacation....:-) The condo was very nice and well equipped. The view is beautiful and beds and pillows were very comfy. I only wish I had known that 1/2 the town (including some areas in the hotel itself) were closed for the season! Otherwise great place to stay and would be even better during the high season! Very nice place with all the luxeries of a hotel at your disposal, and a condo that is 10 x nicer than a hotel room Very well-equipped condo; awesome views of both the ocean and the bay. Would highly recommend! Nice high-rise condo on the beach with great ocean AND back bay views. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nicely supplied kitchen. Great dining nearby. The establishment does a good job maintaining the building and keeps the common areas nice and clean. WENT IN FEBRUARY- WAS A LITTLE COLD BUT THIS CONDO FELT LIKE HOME. HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. IT WAS JUST AS DESCRIBED. OWNER WAS EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH. WOULD DEFINATELY GO BACK AND USE THIS CONDO.

I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know we really enjoyed staying at the condo. After I spoke with you, we ran into the lady who was on her way up to clean. We went to the boardwalk and when we returned, the place was in great condition. It actually smelled clean when you walked in the door. She does a great job for you. Everything was up to our expectations. The grandkids had a ball. I will definitely keep you in mind for next year.

I finally got the condo review to go through; had to send in a trouble ticket to the site and they responded today that it had been fixed and it would take 3-4 days to be posted. I forgot to add to the review that my daughter was very impressed with the port-a-crib and high chair that you provided. She said they were quality ones. Little Grady (7 months old) slept really well in the port-a-crib. Thanks again for everything. When we decide to go to Orlando, I'll check in with you. It will be several years; no need to take the grands when they are so young.

Hi Randy, Just wanted to thank you for renting us the condo. Everything was great. Unfortunately, we had that coastal storm, but it really didn't matter. With all the amenities the Carousel had to offer we felt blessed. My husband said it was the most relaxing vaca we have had in a long time. It's possible we may want to rent again in the spring, only this time we may need two units. Do you know anyone else who rents privately that has a two or three bedroom unit as we may have 4 or 5 couples going. Thanks again and any help in the matter would be appreciated. Mary
