Good morning Randy,

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent the condo for the weekend. The condo was gorgeous and I was impressed with the facility's many activities. We all had an amazing time and can't wait to make plans to do it again. We made sure to load the washer and dishwasher before we left, and took out the trash.

Whereas our trip was grand, I wanted to make you aware of just a few things about the condo.

• Sheets/towels were left in the dryer when we arrived, and they were slightly damp. We dried them again and left them on top of the dryer, as we weren't sure where to store them.
• There box of detergent in the laundry room was an empty. We brought some along on the trip, so we used ours to wash the two loads of bed linens and towels.
• There was no extra toilet paper or trash bags in the condo. We ran into the hotel housekeeping staff who provided us with two additional rolls and a several garbage bags.

Our trip was great, and there was nothing we thought serious enough to call you about. We really enjoyed ourselves and we're already checking our calendar (and yours) about next year! :)

Just a note to thank you for the opportunity to stay in your condo in Ocean City. Michael and I really enjoyed our time at the beach and staying in your condo. We were very pleased! We love having a nice place to stay in Ocean City that allows us to bring our beloved Westie with us. We rarely travel without her. The condo was very clean and lovely. It is layed out well. It was very nice not having to pack and carry bedding and towels with us like we do with one condo that we rent. The only thing that we would have liked better was to have better Internet access in the condo. The Carousel was nice and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be in touch to hopefully rent your condo again.

Hi Sandy,

I'm glad you had a great time! Although sometimes temperamental, there is wireless internet in the condo. What you need to do for future reference….and I'll copy/paste this on the site….is click on the bottom right-hand side of your computer, on the little computer. Go to whichever Carousel site that has the most powerful signal. The next step if that does not put you right on line is, type in Network connections and agree to the terms……there is no charge. Your rental would be greatly appreciated at any time!

randy and family, got home a day ago and just wanted to let you know your place was 5stars i couldnt of asked for a better place the whole family enjoyed and didnt want to leave your condo was equipped with everything and it was so close to foodlion we will definatley book next year if the oil doesnt get there and you will have us have a safe and happy fourth once again thank you so muchh!!!!

Randy - I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time at your condo this past weekend. Check-in was breeze! We found the views at your condo breathtaking and it certainly did help that we had great weather! Skylee our one year old Golden Retriever (she celebrated her birthday on Monday at the beach) had a blast! We definitely want to make it a tradition. In fact we (my sisters and I)are looking at something in the fall for a girls weekend. Also I wanted to know if you rent your place the week between Christmas and New Year's.

Only thing I did want you to know is that there was only one rocking chair Friday, Sat, Sun but then on Monday it returned from somewhere - not quite sure what happened there.

Again we had a blast and definitely want to return - we were actually thinking of another weekend in May but they are all taken.

Hi Randy!
We just got back home last night. We had a wonderful time. There were 2 good days of weather and we could actually get in the ocean and hunt for shells and play. My girls were amazed by the ocean, but it was our oldest Jack Russell "Digby" who had the best time in the water. We did a few things locally, Ripley's, laser tag, but most of the time we just chilled at the condo. All the staff were so helpful and condiserate. It was our best vacation to date as a family. We plan on going back during the peak season. Also my youngest daughter didn't have anything to take her shells home in so we "borrowed" one of the large plastic bowls and lids from the kitchen to get them back to Ohio. I would like to either replace the bowl or get the money to you for it. Again, we had a wonderful time and have every intention of coming back again. Thank you!!!!!!

I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know we really enjoyed staying at the condo. After I spoke with you, we ran into the lady who was on her way up to clean. We went to the boardwalk and when we returned, the place was in great condition. It actually smelled clean when you walked in the door. She does a great job for you. Everything was up to our expectations. The grandkids had a ball. I will definitely keep you in mind for next year.

Dear Randy and Christine,
Thank you for the wonderful weekend we spent at your home. Ocean City, surprisingly, was a bit busy with several soccer teams in town for their tournaments. That made the weekend a bit more fun as, with the warm weather, the beach had a fairly good amount of activity. We arrived late Saturday evening and followed your recommendations for dinner at Seasons.

The purpose of the trip was not entirely to relax. After Wednesday, I was to travel to Baltimore for training. I was able to reschedule the training for Tuesday which would have me home two days earlier so we opted to leave Monday morning. I notified your housekeeper Royce of our plans to check out early. She truly is a charming person and so devoted to you and your family. Upon leaving, as instructed, we washed/dried the bedding and left it on the bed, washed/dried/ re stacked the towels, vacuumed the rugs, and emptied the trash can. I must admit your home was not only lovely, but also spotless. Although we did not utilize the kitchen, I was impressed with the order and the cleanliness of the kitchen, the refrigerator, and the stock you provide to make one's vacation as convenient as home. Never having rented a private home for vacation, one of my main concerns was in whether or not the home would be up to my standards. You (and Royce) have calmed my concerns.

Initially I thought we would be vacationing mid to end of August but changes class schedules for our daughter force us to wait until we can make firm dates. As our daughter finalizes her summer school schedule, we should be able to lock in our plans. I will be in touch.

Again, thank you both for allowing us to thoroughly relax in your home. I only wish I could bottle the sound of the waves and the gentle breeze from your balcony.

I finally got the condo review to go through; had to send in a trouble ticket to the site and they responded today that it had been fixed and it would take 3-4 days to be posted. I forgot to add to the review that my daughter was very impressed with the port-a-crib and high chair that you provided. She said they were quality ones. Little Grady (7 months old) slept really well in the port-a-crib. Thanks again for everything. When we decide to go to Orlando, I'll check in with you. It will be several years; no need to take the grands when they are so young.

Hi Randy, I have to admit that this has been one of my best vacations ever, it was like home. The condo was perfect...very relaxing. We had a problem though with the handle coming off the shower head in the living room bathroom, other than that everything is fine. I am leaving on Monday evening and will clean the unit and leave it as I found it...nice and ready for the next tenents. I sure hope I can get down again and I sure will rent your unit again. We had the stove stuck on "clean" when we came, so we couldn't close the door because the latch was stuck to the left, but my son fixed it by pushing the button on the left inside the door of the oven and waiting until the lever returned to its normal position if you should ever have this problem. We really enjoyed our vacation and don't want to leave!!!! Take care and I am sure I will be contacting you in the future. Theresa :-)

Hi Randy, Just wanted to thank you for renting us the condo. Everything was great. Unfortunately, we had that coastal storm, but it really didn't matter. With all the amenities the Carousel had to offer we felt blessed. My husband said it was the most relaxing vaca we have had in a long time. It's possible we may want to rent again in the spring, only this time we may need two units. Do you know anyone else who rents privately that has a two or three bedroom unit as we may have 4 or 5 couples going. Thanks again and any help in the matter would be appreciated. Mary

I just wanted to let you know that your condo exceeded my expectations, it
was absolutely wonderful. And if available I will be contacting you for
next years vacation plans. I do have a favor to ask, My friends stayed in
the master bedroom at the condo, and left a necklace they bought for there
daughter in one of the drawers. If at all possible, could you please mail
it to me, and I can repay the postage to you. Just let me know if it is
found and if you are able to mail the necklace to me. Thank you again, for
making my and my friends vacation wonderful.

The camera lens I found on the beach when I was collecting shells; I gave it to my grandson, but I guess he left it behind, so no big deal. I'm not sure about the charger; it's not mine, but let me check with my son and daughter. Thank you for emailing. We had a GREAT time at the beach; I love your condo! I hope you got another good report after we left. I'll get back to you about the charger.

Hi Randy,

Just wanted to let you know, we enjoyed ourselves so much! Your condo
is beautiful and the view was magnificient!!! We plan on returning
next year. Your vertical blind was missing a few slats and one was on
the floor when we arrived. The staff at The Carousel were pleasent and
very helpful.

It was a great week in OCM!!!
