Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental
THIS IS A BAY SIDE CONDO ON THE CORNER OF JAMESTOWN RD (116TH ST) AND COASTAL HWY (across from Carousel Hotel).
JUST $1100 PER FAMILY FOR A WEEK.
(FAMILY= HUSBAND, WIFE AND UP TO 4 CHILDREN under 16).
PRICE WILL CHANGE PER ADULT.
THIS IS OUR HOME.WE RENT IT ONLY TO FAMILIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SCREEN OUR TENANTS FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING.
The price it is $1100 for 5 nights for Monday to Thursday.
We have available from Sunday to Sunday or Saturday to Saturday
also.
NOTE: Please remember to bring bed sheets, pilow cases, towels and personal idem.
This beautiful, well kept, furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor, with central air, washer & dryer, TV, security safes to protect your valuables. Outdoor swimming pool, deck and two parking spaces, walking distance to shopping malls, bayside unit only steps from the beach. Located 1 block from the beach, restaurants, and many other attractions.
Extra fee apply for some weekends and holidays.
