Walking distance to 2 grocery stores, a small mall, and movie theatres. Even shorter walk to the beach! Park your car and ride the bus all over town for $2 a day.

Thanks for a successful summer. The condo has been completely rented from May thru Sept. The condo is available for short term rentals from October 1 to May 15. It is also available for a complete winter rental. Also you can reserve now for summer 09 rental by calling OC Beach Properties at the number above.

Rooms are somewhat clean, but needs to be updated. Shower is in need of repair. It is a good value for your money --three bedrooms and two baths. It was suited to our needs. Good location-quite street.
