This is a cozy 3br 2bath condo. Built for relaxing. You are next to the pool, and can watch the kiddies from the kitchen, porch or balcony. It has a relaxing veiw of the water.

The condo is fully furnished. The kitchen has everything to make wonderful meals. Just bring your linens and paper. Or order in your meals from convenient resturants in Ocean City.

Walking distance to 2 grocery stores, a small mall, and movie theatres. Even shorter walk to the beach! Park your car and ride the bus all over town for $2 a day.

Enjoy a restful, relaxing stay.

Thanks for a successful summer. The condo has been completely rented from May thru Sept. The condo is available for short term rentals from October 1 to May 15. Quiet residential street in North Ocean City. Across Ocean Highway from the beach. The canal view is available from the front and bay view in two bedrooms in the back.
