Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental

This tastefully decorated condo is in a beautiful masonry building and is personally maintained by Geri and Mark, the owners. We usually just rent to friends and relatives but are always looking for responsible families. Appliances are updated and the condo was completely renovated in the last few years with new bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, appliances, wall-to-wall carpet, paint, etc. The unit has Central A/C and everything you will need for your vacation except paper goods and linens. There is a brand new washer/dryer in the unit. A very nice patio with sliding doors is a pleasant place to sit and relax. We're only 100 steps to the beach! No Pets! No Smoking!

Families Only Please, NO H.S. SENIORS!.

Great Place for a Great Ocean City Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Very convenient to the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and activities. Beach is busy but nothing like down by the boardwalk. Very family friendly. Condo is very comfortable and we will definately stay again.

We loved this place. The only thing that we could have possibly wanted was a pool. But other than that, AWESOME!! Kids loved it and mom and dad did too! We can't wait to go back next year!
