Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental

Located at 100th Street and Coastal Highway. Sun rise and ocean view 30' balcony on 11th floor. Sunset bay views from back side. Rated in top 5 condos in north Ocean City. Dolfins are frequent visitors . Surf fishing. Indoor heated pool. Most services within walking distance. On sight security person. Private cleaning lady. Unit in excellent condition with yearly upgrades. Off-season and prime season weekly rates. E-mail or call for availability of pictures.
SORRY, WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE STUDENTS. This is a family oriented condo.

Area Information

North Ocean City at 100th Street light. Building has game room,indoor heated pool, private restrooms for beach, outside wash station, private boardwalk to beach, life guard at beach. Most services in short walking distance. Municipal parking lot across highway for additional parking and boat trailers. Bus service to downtown fifteen minutes away. Boat launch is 10 minutes away. St. Luke Catholic church and Church of the Holy Spirit (Episcopal) across highway with pedestrian light (great safety feature). Roses' Department store (soup to nuts) across the highway. Clarion Hotel with evening live bands and food specials just two buildings away. Bull on the Beach restaurant/tavern with half price happy hour appetizers (raw oysters, clams, steamed shrimp and more) is one block away. New library across street with computers,free WiFi etc. if there is a rainy day. The sound of the surf without a lot of beach noise. Dolfins frequently seen right in front of building.

The 9400 building is centrally located in best part of Ocean City. The unit was so nice and we could walk right to the beach w the oceanfront location. The building has a security officer on site 24 hours and it was a wonderful experience. Cant wait to do it again next year. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone with a family of 6. It was so clean too!!

Great Condo on Ocean City Beachfront

I will limit my comments to the Condo/Beach experience which was absolutely great. The unit was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and well stocked with everything needed. The balcony was one of our best places to be, with the beautiful ocean view. We would have our breakfasts and drink coffee/tea on the balcony, reading, relaxing (and yes napping too). The ocean sound was just great. Another great thing about this unit is that the ocean sound completely drowns out the street noise. This was a saving grace because we happened to go during the annual Ocean City Cruisin convention, which with hundreds of vintage and souped up cars cruising up and down Coastal Highway all weekend, could have made for a nightmare trip. Instead we had a great time, will definitely come back, and recommend this property to anyone.

The view of the ocean was fantastic, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds in the 2nd bedroom were comfortable. On the negative side the king sized bed was very hard and uncomfortable for us and we could not figure out how to access cable channels on the TV in the sitting area. Everything felt very wet but that was probably because it was overcast for most of the week. The pool was great, the beach was great on the one day that was nice enough to go, the people in the building were all very nice, the location was great for us.
