North Ocean City at 100th Street light. Building has game room,indoor heated pool, private restrooms for beach, outside wash station, private boardwalk to beach, life guard at beach. Most services in short walking distance. Municipal parking lot across highway for additional parking and boat trailers. Bus service to downtown fifteen minutes away. Boat launch is 10 minutes away. St. Luke Catholic church and Church of the Holy Spirit (Episcopal) across highway with pedestrian light (great safety feature). Roses' Department store (soup to nuts) across the highway. Clarion Hotel with evening live bands and food specials just two buildings away. Bull on the Beach restaurant/tavern with half price happy hour appetizers (raw oysters, clams, steamed shrimp and more) is one block away. New library across street with computers, etc. if there is a rainy day. The sound of the surf without a lot of beach noise.
