This clean and organized condo features; Large Dining Room and Living Room combination, Separate Sunroom overlooking Atlantic Ocean and large outdoor pool, King size bed in Owners Suite overlooking Ocean, Daybed (Twins) in Bedroom 2 with Bay views. Lots of storage and closet space also. Sleep sofa in Living Room and sleep sofa in Sunroom each sleep 2. Tenant to pay 10.5% tax.

Great Condo with Great location

As titled, huge MBR, smaller but great for 2 second br, used the enclosed balcony as a third br. Ocean front views from MBR and balcony br were great. only draw back was 2nd floor location was a bit loud in mornings. Woke me, but did not seem to bother my teens. Could sleep 8 with additional sofa bed in LR

We stay here every year and look forward to coming back. As advertised this condo was perfect for our family. It is always very clean and we love the views of the Ocean and the bay. The kids love the pool and we love the fact that we can see them from the condo and call them up for lunch/dinner from the condo. The ocean is only steps away and not crowded. We also like the fact that the condo was located north of all of the hustle and bustle of Ocean City.
We highly recommend this condo. What you see in the pictures is what you'll get when you arrive.
