Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental
Our condo has magnificient views of the ocean. You can relax on the private oceanfront balcony and watch the dolphins swim by. Our unit sleeps four persons comfortably, with a full murphy bed and queen size sleep sofa. The condo has heat, AC and a fully furnished kitchen. There is an assigned parking space, locked laundry room on ground level and an elevator to our condo on the top fourth floor. The beauty of this location is that you do not have to cross any streets with your beach accessories. You just go down the elevator and make a turn and you are on the beach. Because this building contains all efficiency units it is quiet, private and overseen by our live in manager. This is our second home and we hope you will enjoy this private getaway as much as we do.

Take a look at the picture of the beach, see how close you are. This place is lovely and so close to the beach. We had a great time here. Peggy made us feel at home and we will definitly stay here again. We hated to leave but you gotta do what you gotta do...

Incredibly Relaxing

The apartment is studio-sized which was great for just the two of us. We enjoyed being able to put our stuff at the beach and go back to the apartment for lunch without having to pack up everything. Balcony was great for sunrises, reading and eating outside. We had a wonderfully relaxing week and look forward to returning.

My weeklong stay at this condo was very nice. Everything worked as should and I appreciated the internet hookup. Its location is convenient to just about everything. It slept four comfortably, and the oceanview from the balcony is spectacular. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. The Cara Mar was the perfect place to stay! So clean and cozy, My family enjoyed every minute of it! As a Mom of 2 small children (5 & 1) it was the perfect place to stay. The view is amazing from the balcony. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone! Also within walking distance to the store and different attractions. I had a wonderful time and as a first time renter I was very pleased to have rented off of Peggy. she is very nice and made my first trip to the beach a week to remember!! Thank you, Peggy!!!

As the mom of small kidlings let me share with you the "beauty" of this unit. Affordability (you will have some money left over for golf, water parks, boardwalk rides!) Ocean Front Location means no towing our cuties across busy streets. Northside Park just up the street with bayside views (sunsets are magnificent, so you can actually squeeze in a little romantic moment with hubby). Pool (you have one of God's greatest creations out there..the ocean...but our little cherubs just can't resist a dip in the pool)! Parking space is right outside the pool, so we just load our beach supplies and pool supplies right in the car before heading up to the unit. The unit itself is bright, clean, and well maintained. NO broken appliances, broken chairs,ripped cushions and the like (we have seen it all)! Lovely unit. The ocean-bay breezes and the sound of the Atlantic Ocean will leave you relaxed and joyful! Have Fun!

A great summer retreat for our little family!

We want to thank you for a heavenly week last summer! We both work and lead a very hectic life, but found your quiet getaway so refreshing! We could hear and see the ocean so clearly compared to highrises we have stayed in. The only hard part was getting our two children out of the pool! They were 2 and 4 so it was also very easy to get them in and out for meals and naps with being right on the beach! The unit was very well equipped and clean. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. Not to mention waking up to the dolphins. This part of the beach is so quiet, it is easy to have space for the kids to run around! We look forward to many more visits to your delightful unit in the future.
