Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental
Internet WiFi access at no additional cost (your PC must be WiFi enabled).
This beautiful getaway consists of a 2 bedroom and 2 bath well maintained and spacious(1,150 sq. ft.) unit in desirable oceanside location and award winning building located just steps from the beach at 142nd Street. Master bedroom with queen-sized bed and private bath, second bedroom has two new double beds (with a new queen sleep sofa in living room. Sleeps 8).
Features include internet WiFi service, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, wet bar, fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, 3 televisions including a new 46” 1080 LCD flat screen TV in the living room with Blu-ray player, and two other televisions in the bedrooms (one flat screen with DVD player) all 3 TVs have DVDs ( HBO, Showtime, etc...)The condo also includes a large balcony with a view of the oceanfront buildings and a sliver of the ocean to the east and a view of the pool to the west. The building features outdoor pool, indoor lap-sized pool in atrium, saunas, small excercise room, outside shower, jacuzzi spa, elevator,etc. Two-car reserved parking, non-smoking and no pets, professionally cleaned each week. Just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restraunts. Northside Park (nature trails, ball fields, basketball, etc) is less than a mile away. Short walk to tennis courts @ 136th street where there is a cute little park with childrens play area and picknick tables, grill etc.. Professionally managed by Shoreline Properties. Just bring your linens and towels and you are ready to head to the beach. Our condo's weekly rental is priced several hundred dollars below comparable units in the same building.
We only rent full weeks Sat. to Sat. durring the prime season from June 1st to September 1st.

Everything in our condo was as expected. We had stayed here the year before and new what we were renting. The condo could use a re-inventory of silverware and cooking utensils. Leaky faucets in bathrooms and kitchen. These are just minor things and would not prevent me from returning. Overall we had a wonderful week and look forward to returning next year.

Thank you for your kind review and we are glad you had a nice stay. We added a new 8 place silverwear set this spring but did not trash the prior set (perhaps the combined set looks too hodge podge?) I will check into it. We also added new cooking utensils but will check into that as well. I have called into Shoreline and asked them to have the faucet drips fixed.

Our vacation was Fabulous!!!! We were so pleased with our condo. The pictures were on the money for discription of our place and location. I did arrive at Shoreline earlier to the 3pm check in and I couldn't check in earlier but that was fine because the realitor gave me a number to contact "just in case" and they were very professional and polite.

We had the best time, I took my children and Grandchildren on our first family vacation, and it was fantastic!!! Our Condo was the best, we needed for nothing, the grounds were so super clean as was the pool and surroundings.. we all took a family vote and we are going back to the same spot next summer!!!

The condo was quite nice, spacious and close to the beach. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, which was nice considering we had some elderly people in our group. It was convenient to many restaurants, shops and nice walking environment. The pool outside was gorgeous, which my children loved!

What a nice, comfortable, spaceous, and clean condo! It was quiet and the beach was close by, just a couple of minutes to walk. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Great restaurants close by as well as the bus station. Will definitely stay there again!

We rented this condo for Memorial Day and we were so pleased with everything. It was so clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more. The beach was just two minutes walking distance and we loved it! Definately want to rent this place again and again and again!

This is the first Condo we have ever rented that we didn't have to spend our first two hours cleaning! The Condo is in excellent condition and is convenient to many activities. The kitchen is large and well equiped and the rooms are open, airy and nicely furnished. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We realy enjoyed our stay!
