Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental

Fantastic home right on the beach! Resort with awesome amenities and a room with excellent views! Now accepting reservations for prime weeks in 2010 as well as applications for snowbird monthly rentals. Contact owner to reserve the room. (see tab above or information at bottom of this page.)

One of Ocean City's DIRECT OCEAN FRONT premier resorts! Breath taking views of the sunset over the bay and the sunrise over the Atlantic! Weather permitting there are great views of the moon over the ocean at night and schools of porpoises seem to swim by the coast frequently during the day! Tons of activities for the entire group, you won't hear the 'Mom I'm bored' from the kids! Priceless. Both indoor & outdoor pools w/the indoor pool heated year round! Just steps to the Atlantic! Kiddie pools, tennis courts, racketball courts, fitness facility, saunas, private beach, summer time entertainment on the deck, shuffle board, beach volley ball, 'tiki' style deck louge, onsite shops (clothing, ice cream, arcades, mini pharmacy etc.) this resort is bound to please the whole family. You must be 25 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent. Motorcycle friendly!

Step out onto the balcony from the living room or master bedroom and take in the smell of salt air, the feel of the ocean breeze and the awesome views of the Atlantic & sandy beach! Unobstructed, beautiful views to the north or the south as well as the entire beach and ocean directly in front of you. Kinda like a tiny resort paradise. BTW, there are floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom and living room, and the balcony even has a clear unobstructed view while sitting down. (There are no spindles or concrete walls to block the view while seated like almost all of Ocean city's other ocean front properties.) ALso this condo is not set back on the side of the building or at an angle with only partial views, this is true direct ocean front that parallels the beach. After a full day at the beach sit back and relax at the Tiki Hut, an ocean front deck bar w/plenty of deck chairs and umbrella covered tables.

The home is located on the 17th floor and has a fully equiped kitchen with all the appointments. (Refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic tile, cookware, cooking utensils and plates & silverware.) Also for your convenience the condo has washer and dryer in the unit. (Non smoking unit, smoking only permitted in designated outdoor areas, again not allowed in the unit.) Ocean style decorating theme including the artwork! Flat screen Cable TV's, and plenty of DVD players. With the accomodations sure to please everyone in the group, you won't be disappointed! Absolutely awesome balcony with an exquisite view of ocean & beach included! If you, like me, prefer to stay at the better resorts but still get a great deal then this unit is the one for you!

Two great sized bedrooms. Master has a King bed! Second bedroom features two full beds. The living room features a sleeper sofa. Master bedroom & the living room also have sliding glass doors that open to your awesome private balcony. Again the terrific view is included!

Ocean City has tons to offer the entire family and most everyone returns year after year. Start with the Atlantic Ocean and gorgeous bay, the famous boardwalk. A game of miniature golf is always fun and there are plenty of the real deal golf courses to choose from that are a short drive away. Assateague Island, where wild horses run free is nearby. Amusement and Water parks galore in addition to whats available at the resort! This is a great affordable vacation.

An assortment of free events all summer long. Things like family movie nights on the beach every Monday & Friday on 27th street, starts at 7:30 and runs till 10:30pm. They also have arts, crafts games and other activities prior to the show. Family Beach Olympics are on Tuesdays and run from 6:30 - 8:30pm. Location is also at 27th street. Free concerts on the beach take place at North Division Street on Wednesdays from 8:00 - 9:30pm. Free weekly Bonfires on the Beach, Thursdays at 9:00pm. Location is also on North Division street. Sunday's the town hosts the 'Sundaes in the Park' family concert series. Catch that at 127th street & bayside at the Northside Park. You just can't beat FREE! We had such a great time. Your facility had everything that we needed. Our condo was great! Everything was clean. It could probably use a little updating, but we liked it! I would see about adding more elevators?? And open the bar a little earlier, for bloody marys! ha Thanks for a great time!
