Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental

This is a charming, attractive clean and well kept, two bedroom, one bath condo unit in the older southern section of Ocean City. Nicely furnished, approximately one block from the ocean and boardwalk.
The kitchen has your basic needs including microwave and coffee maker. There are window airconditioners in the unit and ceiling fans to cool your days and evenings. We provide basic Cable TV with VCR and DVD and basic phone service.
Linens not provide, please bring your own or you mauy rent them locally. This is what you might need. 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 single bed. We also have a pack and play pen for a baby if needed. We have various beach chairs available.
We have one designated parking space for our unit and usually some extra ones if some units are not occupied.
The Summer prices range from highest $950.00 weekly to lowest $400.00 off season prices. Please call for more information. I do require a deposit down before I can comfirm your reservation. We rent our unit Saturday to Saturday. We can do mini weeks which are 3 to 4 nights so please inquire if less than one week is needed.
We have cleaning service that comes before and after your stay to insure you start out with a clean place. We do ask for no smoking inside and no pets.
We are going to allow under 21 stay at our place for graduation weeks. Please inquire about this because we will need extra security and extra information.

The beach and ocean and boardwalk is one and half blocks away. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Within a short ride you can get to Assateague and the Jolly Rogers Amusement park. Ocean city has much to offer for a week of fun and entertainment. There are a variety of shops and wonderful restaurants all nearby. Although there is no washer or dryer in our unit, there a a laundry mat within a short walk.

 Nice house close to boardwalk!!, August 18, 2009

We loved this house!! It was so convenient to the beach and boardwalk and the house is very cozy and we felt right at home. It is on the 2nd floor and the stairs are a little bit steep since I was carrying a 3 month old up and down them all week, but it was definitely worth it!! I don't think therebis anything better for the money!! Highly recommended!!
