Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental
Our condo is charming and rustic, nicely furnished cared for by the Kane family. We offer two bedroom, one bath unit with over 700 square feet of space.
Our kitchen, has all your needs for a short stay and includes microwave and coffee maker. We have three window aircontioners to cool your stay. We provide basic Cable TV in the living room area with DVD player so bring your movies.
Please bring your own linens and towels, unless you prefer to rent them locally. Included are one queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 single bunk bed and two single fold up beds. There are comforters and pillows available and a pack and play. We also offer your very own parking space right in front of the unit.
Our prices are very reasonable for a budget minded family or group. I do require a security deposit to confirm a reservation. We rent our unit Saturday to Saturday. In some cases, I can do mini weeks which is 3 or 4 nights stay.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS please. We rent to minors under 21 in May and June but ask for extra security.

close to everything

this condo was so close to the beach, only a 3 minute walk, i timed it. It was very clean and had plenty of space for my family of 4. I have been staying in ocean city since the early 90's, and no place i have stayed compared to this condo. i was very pleased with the condo being so close to the board walk and beach, just parked the car and never had to move it. the owner was very nice and answered all my questions. would definetly recommend this condo to friends and family!

We had a great time at senior week. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. It was close to the beach and boardwalk which was great so we could just park the car and walk.

this year we stayed at this great condo that was close to the beach. we are a family of 7 this place is perfect for families. there was no worring about finding parking and we enjoyed the walk everyday at the beach. our teenage kids loved to explore by themselves so there was no worry with the walk they took to the board walk. the place was clean nice size rooms.

Having grown up in MD, I knew what to expect from our visit. Our accomodations were close to the beach and boardwalk, where not much has changed. The apartment was comfortable and equiped with everything we needed. We were five: my husband and I, and our children ages 18, 20 and 22. Everyone had enough space, privacy and freedom to come and go. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. I greatly reccommend this location to anyone wishing an enjoyable stay in Ocean City.

A group of 6 girls stayed at the place for senior week. We had an awesome time. The house was clean, convenient, and a great deal. The house was so nice and had enough space for all of our things. I would reccomend this place to everyone. =]

We loved this house!! It was so convenient to the beach and boardwalk and the house is very cozy and we felt right at home. It is on the 2nd floor and the stairs are a little bit steep since I was carrying a 3 month old up and down them all week, but it was definitely worth it!! I don't think therebis anything better for the money!! Highly recommended!!
