Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental

Comfortable, cozy, and nicely decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condo with balcony. On second floor over a garage with an elevator. Valet racks available in the garage for unloading your vehicle. Sunset Island is a 37 acre complex that you could spend your entire vacation on without leaving the complex. There are private beaches on the island, but ocean beaches are about three blocks away. Condo is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer, dryer, ice and water in fridge door. Bedding is one king, one queen, and two sets of bunk beds (4 twins). Must bring your own bed linens, towels, and the other items you normally bring. There are 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a pier for fishing and crabbing, an interactive fountain, a path around the perimeter for walking, a workout room, club house, market for necessities, and other amenities.

Sunset Island is a 37 acre guarded complex with a mixture of condos, townhouses, and single family homes, located near 67th St. and Coastal Highway. Convenient to the ocean beaches and the ocean boardwalk.
