Only a short walk to the Beach, tennis, modern playground, Restaurants/Bars and beach shops. large private rear balcony has private door, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, central air. Plasma TV's, DVD, TV's in every bedroom, Master suite queen bed,walk-in closet/full bath bedroom #2 1- double bed 1-twin Bed / walk-in closet/Full Bath Bedroom #3 2 Twin beds half bath. The owners were very nice and easy to deal with. Had a lot of space and the views off the balcony gorgeous. Loved sitting out on balcony-- all was good. Would like to rent again same frame time next year...

A Fine Experience

Our experience at the two story, three bedroom condo was very good overall. The place was clean, and located at the end of a boat "canal" that led out to the bay. That meant beautiful unobstructed sunsets, in a peaceful residential area. The home was well stocked with kitchenware etc. The interior showed some wear and tear, esp living room furniture and bathrooms. Though the town home is two stories, it begins on the third floor of a building with external stairs. Steep, circular, iron stairs connect the first and second stories within the town home. This is not the best rental for people who have trouble walking. The garbage disposal was broken. We pulled the remains of a clam shell from the disposal. I felt bad for the owners because someone mistreated their property. Would we rent this home again? Yes! The price was reasonable, the setting was charming, the home design was open and well lit, and the place overall, even if a bit worn, was clean and neat. Also, the owner was easy to work with.
