Direct Oceanfront condo in North Ocean City MD. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and necessary items, 3 TVs,
DVD, VCR. Master bedroom is a queen bed with master bathroom. Second Bedroom is 2 single beds. There is a pull out queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a second full bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen. Sleeps 6, features indoor/outdoor pools, spa, jacuzzi. Updated with private balcony overlooking gardens and ocean. See the dolphins, boats, people on the beach, etc right from the balcony or condo. Walking distance to minature golf, movies, restaurants and only 6 blocks to Fenwick Island. Condo is on the 2nd floor, end unit and has two reserved parking spots for your convenience. There is an elevator with a private access code just for guests.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Deposits: $200.00 security deposit, to be returned after inspection of unit after guests depart. $300 deposit ASAP and final due 45 days before arrival with security deposit.
Other Fees: Rate per week start at $800 to $2200.00 per week depending on the week of the season.
