Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental
DVD, VCR. Master bedroom is a queen bed with master bathroom. Second Bedroom is 2 single beds. There is a pull out queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a second full bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen. Sleeps 6, features indoor/outdoor pools, spa, jacuzzi. Updated with private balcony overlooking gardens and ocean. See the dolphins, boats, people on the beach, etc right from your cushioned lounge chairs on the balcony. Walking distance to minature golf, movies, restaurants and only 6 blocks to Fenwick Island. Only a 10 minute drive to the Ocean City or Bethany Beach Boardwalks. Condo is on the 2nd floor, end unit and has two reserved parking spots for your convenience. There is an elevator with a private access code just for guests. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room.

Area Information
Within walking distance to many attractions and convenience stores. We are located Oceanfront on 142nd Street in North Ocean City. We are part of the Hawaiian Village Complex.
Our condo is the Oceanfront Property called the Waikiki.
It is a low-rise 4 story small building. We are on the second floor, end unit, near the steps and elevator. There is reserved parking and a secured entrance for our guests.
The area is upscale with beautiful condos, and award winning gardens run under our balcony as well as the ocean directly in front of you!
The Waikiki is located on 142nd Street in North Ocean City MD. We are just 5 blocks from Fenwick Island DE. We are the oceanfront property of the Hawaiian Village Complex. We are in walking distance to Phillips Seafood restaurant, minature golf courses and movie cinema. The area is very nice and family orientated.

Our family had a really great vacation at this condo. The condo had everything you will need to have an enjoyable time. It was like a home away from home. We have a three year old and 6 month old and found it was very easy to have happy children. Everything was so convenient. If we needed anything we jumped in the car and off we went. We truly loved our stay. Thank you for some fond family memories.

The condo was very nice, pictures of the view from balcony do no justice to the panoramic view you get. Only reason four out of five stars was little quirky maintenance fixes that needed upkeep (loose screws, broken blinds). Would definately recommend to friends/family.

This home was spacious, clean and quiet. The view from the balcony of the bay provided a relaxing end to each fun-filled day as we sat and watched the sunset. My husband, mother, and two young children had plenty of space and all the luxuries of home. The owner was a delight as well. I would definately recommend this property and this owner, and will rent from him again in the future.

Julia was a great person to rent from. She was not only polite, but very friendly. Her place was perfect! She even responded by email about questions when we were there. Updated bathrooms still look quite nice. The place was clean. The furniture was all in pretty good shape. It had plenty of ammenties in the building. It was fairly quiet too! We definately enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. We might even try to go back next year!

The condo was very clean and had a great ocean view. The complex is in a strategic area with parking and easy access to the pool. Owner is sweet and attentive to every single detail. I definitely recommend it. Watching the dolphins in the ocean while drinking espresso coffee was a great experience.

The Sea Watch 1613 is one of those condos where the pictures make the condo look bigger than it actually is. Had it just been my wife and I, it would have been perfect, but we also had along 2 other adults and total of 3 kids...not very spacious for couples with children. Despite the size, the condo itself was well maintained, although I thought the price for the condo was high, considering there were no linens, no towels, and no daily maid service, PLUS a $40 parking fee for the week. Speaking of...Not a big fan of the non-transferrable parking passes either as both of our seperate guests for the week had to EACH pay $40 despite only staying a few nights. The Sea Watch itself had nice perks like a playground for the tots and an ice cream shop that stayed open late. We had no issues with elevators (there are 6 all together) and no issues with carts, despite arriving and leaving on a Saturday during peak hours. All in all an average stay for us, nothing remarkable, but nothing terrible either.

The condo was great and the beach access a plus. Location on 60th street makes everything a breeze. Not particularly pleased with the cleanliness but overall a nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect view (2nd floor)of the beach (yes, you can hear the waves from the big balcony), and you can call down to your kids at the pool. A few little cosmetic issues, but overall a great value. We will likely return next year.

We liked the location and amenities offered. We did have a water leak in the bathroom due to a faulty toilet. The cleaning staff was very friendly however the maintenance man spent most of his time complaining about his job situation which was of no interest to us. The apartment was not the cleanest place but everything needed was there. Overall we where satisfied.

We stayed for 1 week and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, neat, and very roomy. It is very convenient to the beach. There is a wonderful ocean front view. We were able to see the porpoises several times from our bedroom. As someone mentioned earlier, it could use 1 more elevator, but not much the owner can do about that and it really wasn't much of a problem. Loved the tiki bar/hut. Great food and frozen drinks. It was a little resort!
