A relaxing, care-free summer vacation awaits you in our completely refurbished and redecorated two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the Covington Towers, located on the beach at 130th Street in North OC. Despite its name, our condo is in a low-rise building...only five floors, so there's no building shadow on the beach in the afternoon. Our unit can sleep up to eight people comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and a TV/DVD set; the second bedroom has two double beds and a double closet; the living room has a queen sleep sofa and a 32-inch TV with a DVD/VCR player. The 25-foot balcony stretches the entire width of our third-floor unit, including the master bedroom, which offers a breath-taking view of the beach and ocean. The balcony furniture includes two table-and-chair sets for eating meals, as well as easy chairs so you can breathe in the fresh salt air while watching the dolphins play. The kitchen is very well equipped with high-end appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, and garbage disposal, as well as all the standard minor appliances and high-quality utensils. Next to the kitchen, the dining room seats six people. Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, a new AC unit, a new large-capacity hot-water heater, elevator access to all floors, and a large storage compartment for beach stuff on the ground level. The dune crossings to the beach on both sides of the building are just steps away from the lobby door. Best of all, first-time guests who reserve a prime summer week are treated to two two-night rent-free weekends in the off-season (October through May). The only prime weeks available are July 26 and August 2 and 9, so please reply soon if this sounds like the kind of place where you would enjoy spending your summer vacation this year. In addition, the remaining weeks in June (14 and 21) are now discounted. We also accept partial-week reservations. Unfortunately, our condominium does not have a pool and does not allow pets...sorry. By the way, we rent Sunday to Sunday to help you avoid most of the traffic coming and going. We handle our own reservations to ensure that you will not have any surprises upon arrival and that any unforeseen mishaps that occur during your stay are taken care of immediately. We take great pride in making sure that our guests enjoy their stay at our beach place. That's why most of the prime summer weeks have been renewed by the same guests for the last nine years. Area Description

Located at 130th Street, our condo is a short drive to most of Ocean City's hot spots and prominent restaurants, as well as to grocery stores, gas stations, and pharmacies. There is a medical clinic across the main highway and the Beach Patrol is headquartered next to our building. Our building is also within walking distance to Northside Park, which offers many kinds of recreational activities, and sponsors crafts fairs and ice cream socials throughout the summer. It also has a long pier for fishing and crabbing, and is a great setting for observing the local wildlife and watching the sun paint the western sky at the end of the day.

We enjoyed a relaxing, luxurious stay in this beautiful Covington Towers apartment. The balcony is huge! The view is fantastic! Shopping and the bayside park are right across the street. We saw sunrises in the morning, and sunsets at night! 7 of us were comfortable, without being crowded, for a reasonable price. The owners were friendly and really cared to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Other than sheets and towels, everything we needed was available to us. I am recommending this condo to my family and friends, and will definately rent again! Anne Marie Anderson
