Keep the condo area clean - no cigarette butts thrown over the railing, no towels or clothes on the railing, no candy wrappers or cups on the parking lot (or I'll hear about it)
No loud noise or excessive partying late at night (I'll hear about it, or the police will be knocking on the door.)
Cleaning fee is $125. Most renters opt to clean the condo before leaving by washing and putting dishes away, vacuum, remove food, take out trash, clean bathroom, wipe off horizontal surfaces, leave everything neat,etc.
There is a rope across the driveway. Please do not ride across the rope.
Quiet street with no through traffic
Rent is $85 per night prior to May 30th or after Labor Day.
Rent is $775 per week May 30th to Labor day.
Check out is at 10 A.M., and check in is at 1 P.M.--You may be able to check in at 10:30 A.M. if the cleaning service company is not needed. I'll let you know.
I will send a copy of my water bill and electric bill for the condo with the contract to show that I am the owner and the person paying the bills and not a scammer.
If the other condo owners need to call the cops two or three times because of "problems", you may be asked to leave without a refund. They told this to me at the condo meeting.
