Condo is called Key West Villas, located at 28th and Coastal Hwy., one block in on the bay side
This is an awesome, spacious, clean and fully equipped studio condo that sleeps 6.
Unit has 1 full bath, great third floor views, full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, Vaulted Ceiling, Skylight, New AC with remote control, new stove/oven. Freshly painted.
3 blocks walking to beach, 2 blocks from boardwalk.

Allergies? This is a non-smoking unit -- smokers use the balcony only, and no pets allowed.
There is reserved parking for tenants -- you get two parking passes for your stay.
Our prices are very comptetitive for what you get -- note that bookings for holidays, weekends, Senior Week and other Ocean City events tend to get booked early, so book early for your summer stay!
Winter Rental Available from October 1, 2013 to May 31, 2014 -- $700 monthly in Winter.

Great Last Minute Vacation!

Filled in for a last minute cancellation and had a great affordable family vacation at the beach! Thanks John. Condo was nice inside and had a good amount of room. Sleeps 6 comfortable and the fold down Murphy beds are easy to put up and down to make more room. Third floor view was great and it was an easy walk to the beach and bus stop. Would consider coming again next summer!

This place was outstanding; the pictures do not do justice. We were a little worried when we arrived, because the outside of the whole building looks a bit tacky. When we opened the door, we were astonished at how clean and liveable the place was! John made every transaction easy and fast; he is definitely someone I will do business with in the future. When I travel back to OC, I will be staying here again (if possible). It slept six of us comfortably and the hide-a-way beds created much more room during the day. It is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and many attractions, just as John claimed. It is one big room with everything you need! Thanks John for letting us stay here on our college retreat!

You just can't find a better value anywhere in OC--let alone that close to the boardwalk. Clean. New. Close to tons of stuff. Don't be worried about proximity to the amusement park; you can't hear anything.

This room was great for the weekend for a family of 4. We could see the inlet fireworks on July 4th from our balcony, without the hassle of traffic, that was the best part! Close to everything; beach, boardwalk, mini golf, and Jolly Roger amusement park. Thanks so much!

The stay was very nice for the 4 nights that I stayed. Even though the weather not be as sunny as I would want it, The view off the balcony was very nice to watch from. The full kitchen was very nice to operate in. The layout was set out very nice to relax during the day then pull out the beds to sleep at nice. The location in ocean city was very nice close to 28th street which was close to many resturtants and fun attractions as well as the beach and boardwalk. I would like to thank you for letting me stay on such short notice.
