Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental
The Lucayan is only available for the week listed, July 24th-31st, 2009, (Friday to Friday). We can't use it this year so we are renting it for cost. The unit is bayside but only a block from the ocean. The resort has been completely remodeled for 2009. The Villa is conveniently located: stores, restaurants, bars are all in walking distance. These 2 bedroom timeshares often rent for $1100-$1200 per week in July.
Guests receive a complimentary membership to Ocean City's Health Club and have access to an onsite pool area. Each spacious two bedroom unit boasts a full kitchen, fireplaces, whirlpool, and washer/dryer. This villa sleeps at least 6 with the Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath villa has a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. This unit is also on the top floor (3rd) and has really nice views of the eco-protected bay from the full size balcony which can be accessed from each of the bedrooms and also from the living room. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the closet and is an end unit which adds to your privacy.
Area Description
Enjoy some of the world's best deep-sea sportfishing from this comfortable oceanside resort. Maryland's Ocean City is home to a variety of attractions including the Boardwalk, a three-mile collection of shops, arcades, and galleries. Also nearby is Frontier Town, a complete amusement center that recreates the aura of the Old West. Guests receive a complimentary membership to Ocean City's Health Club and have access to an onsite pool area. Each spacious two bedroom unit boasts a full kitchen, fireplaces, whirlpool, and washer/dryer.
Located right next to eco-protected bay with views of water and wildlife. 24 hour bagel shop & deli across the street and also a bowling alley.
