Great Condo and Great Location
September 5, 2012
We stayed for four days in August and it was perfect for us. The condo was lovely and the view of the ocean and access to the beach is wonderful. The grocery store is right across the street and access to restaurants and attractions is convenient. Can't wait to stay here again! Owners are very helpful and great to work with. Great stay -- absolutely no issues

My wife, 2 kids, and our Au Pair stayed here for the weekend after the 4th of July -- it was a last minute deal, and we were lucky to find this property available. Everything was great -- especially the beach :) And yeah, the air conditioning too! I spoke with Fred directly to arrange the rental (like I said, it was a last minute deal), but the payments were through Shore Properties, one of the local property management agencies... which made the whole process simple and painless. Bottom line: highly recommend! Thanks Fred!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the this location. The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Sandy and Fred were timely in their responses to our questions and gave good advice to enhance our stay. We have stayed at other condos in Ocean City and this one was the best out of all the others. The long drive washed away with the waves when we stood on the balcony and enjoyed the ocean view!

My family and I had a Wonderful time at your condo! The views are amazing...both ocean and bay! (our 1 1/2yr old got a kick out of saying good bye to the sun....beautiful sunsets!!) We also have a 14 yr old (and her friend)..they spent every evening at the ice rink...they had a BLAST!! We are ready to go back!!

Wonderful owners, Condo comfortable & great view

Family had a wonderful time in OC and this condo over Memorial weekend and the week after. Owners were very easy to work with and resolved issues without too much delay. Beds were comfortable and the condo in good shape and fairly clean - did need to wipe off furniture on balcony when we arrived. View from the condo balcony was great – even saw dolphins – but you may want to bring your binoculars to see them better! Some issues with hotel (Carousel) that were not due to the condo were elevators broke down twice during our stay and internet access from the lobby was a bit frustrating on some evenings, but eventually got logged in (free). These issues were minor and overall, it was a great stay and we would recommend this unit and hope to stay again. Parking at the boardwalk and hotel (2 passes included) are not an issue during the week, but did get busier on weekends (and I’m sure will get more so as the summer progresses). Bus system in OC is pretty good too. I would highly recommend parking at the Park-n-Ride across the inlet (near Outlets) and taking bus for $1 pp unlimited trips per day to West OC Boardwalk. Restaurant Recommendations: Breakfast at Decatur Diner (off Rt. 611), Pineapple Burgers at Green Turtle (116th St.), BJs on the Water (75th), Harpoon Hanna’s for Sunday Brunch (Fenwick), Phillips Early Bird Seafood Buffet (21st) and Paul Revere’s EB Buffet (boardwalk) - good for price $11 pp. Items you may want to bring: Beach Chairs and Umbrellas. Though these may be rented right there in front of the hotel. $5 per day or $20 per week for chairs….I think the umbrella was $35 per week – we brought our own.

We just got back from a week at this condo. It was wonderful! Great view and location. The pools and outside bar were fantastic. The owner was fantastic to deal with and friendly. We will be back.

This condo was amazing, I was a little bit worried about not being on the beach but it turned out to be just right. The apartment was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was FULLY stocked. There is a beautiful restaurant/bar that you could walk to. And the apartment is so quiet, no one bothered us! Also, the lenders are very easy to deal with and they took care of our concerns right away. We will definitely be staying here again. :-D Two Enthusiastic Thumbs Up!! :-D
