In front of Northside Park/Complex(jogging, walking, biking, fishing, crabbing, sports fields, playground, 4th of July Fireworks, Winterfest of Lights, Sundaes in the Park), 1½ blocks to the beach, next to 2 shopping centers and many restaurants (Olive Tree, Blue Ox, Higgins Crab House, Duffy’s, Dumser’s, Tequila Mockingbird, just to name a few)

In the last year we replaced all furnishings including new mattresses. Bathroom replaced this year, new decking on balcony, new dishwasher & new microwave.

Family groups only. Must be 21. ABSOLUTELY no rowdy groups. You will be asked to leave and all money will be forfeited.
No smoking or pets allowed.

We are located at 127th Street on the Bayside. If you have kids this place is for you...they will love the access to the park with amazing playground, fishing pier and paved path that can used for biking or walking. There are also Sunday concerts in season at the park as well as fireworks on July 4th and Winterfest of Lights-ride the tram around park and enjoy music & lights! It's like having your own personal park right in your backyard. Easy 1 1/2 block walk to the beach at the traffic light & crosswalk at 127th Street.
