Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental
Entire Unit Remodeled in last 4 yrs. New kitchen appliances, new bathroom fixtures, ceramic tile floor in both kitchen and bath! Two double beds in bedroom, sofa has double bed in living room. Balcony and pool are in the shade in the hot afternoon, convenient with small children.
Ocean Downs Casino now open, approx 6 miles away!
TV in both bedroom and living room, plenty of DVD's and DVD player in living room. Internet service available at a small weekly fee.
Spend your time at the beach, not the elevator! Take the steps to pool and beach if you wish, and you can forget carrying the chairs back to the unit. There is a storage shed for your chairs/umbrella etc just off beach. Saves "tons" of sand in unit too!
This is a FULL size 1st flr condo, not an EFFICIENCY with a bedroom area! This is a "real" bedroom. Balcony/living room overlooks outdoor pool and ocean. From pool to sand and beach is less than 2 feet!
Non-Smoking unit, Manager lives on site. Camera's monitor premises 24 hrs a day. Condo is in the center of the "high rises", at 112th St., prime location.

I can not say enough about his condo. I have been staying at High Point South for many years (as my parents used to own one) We took my kids here for the first time a few years ago an stayed at this condo. We were so impressed on how spotless with condo was. Marie (the owner) is so nice to deal with too. You couldn't ask for a sweeter person. So this past summer we ended up staying at High Point South again but at the unit that was two floors up (the week that we needed to go this condo that we loved was booked) So we figured we would try this other one. We walked in and it was disgusting that we didn't even take our shoes of or sit on the furniture all week. Now after the experience we had this year we will only rent this condo. This unit is spotless as my daughter puts it " you walk into this condo and there is not a speck on the floor". I feel so at home at his unit and all the appliances, dishes, cookware, etc are all high end. Marie really takes care of this condo and it shows. We learned from experience- This is the only Condo to stay at! Once you stay here you will never go any where else. I would recommend this condo to everyone!!!!

This condo is wonderful for families, as the building itself only features 1-2 bedroom units and is situated away from most of the venues that interest college kids or singles. Some of the guests are renters and some are owners, but all were respectful and friendly. My daughter made several friends that she is hoping to see again this year. Will definitely return!

I believe everyone's been through different vacation rentals some good, some bad. Well that's not the case with this location. The location - great! The view - great! The condition and size of the condo - great! We had a lovely time at HPS and would love to be added annually.

My husband and 2 daughters, ages 2 1/2 and 6 just returned from an amazing week in Ocean City, MD. The condo was just absolutely beautiful and spotless! We loved the fact that it was on the 1st floor, just an elevator ride or small flight of steps to the pool and beach. (I am not a big elevator person so this was just perfect!!) My husband loved that when we pulled up to the complex they had luggage carts to unpack your car and push up to the condo...only 1 trip was made with all of our stuff when we got there!! The location was perfect...so close to all the popluar eating places, food stores, Dunkin Donuts, Rita's Italian Ice, etc. The owner is the sweetest woman and I truly enjoyed dealing with her and will continue to keep in touch with her, that how great she is!! You will not be disappointed renting this beautiful condo!!!

Nice apt good for 2 or 3 people. Clean pool very well maintained and just a few steps to the sand from the pool. Gold Coast Mall accross the street makes for easy grocery shopping. 3 brothers pizza also very good
