Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental

We are full for the 2013 Season. Please check Spring, 2014 for availability.

Refreshing oceanfront view from this bright, comfortable, spacious one bedroom/one bath condo. An outdoor pool and paddleball court round out your stay at the Sails II condo.

Accomodates four, bedroom has a queen bed and full-size futon, living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, full kitchen with dining counter, as well as a living area and dining table. Cable TV in the livingroom and bedroom, free Wi-Fi, DVD player, and iPod dock are available for your use.

We are located on the 3rd floor (4th level) of a small-mid sized building with two elevators, North Ocean City location (133rd St.), close to many crab houses, convenient traffic light at cross street.

Condo is a second home, tidy, well stocked for beach enjoyment.

Just a wonderful condo! The condo was very clean and our family enjoyed staying here. I would HIGHLY recommend. The owners are terrific. I just cant say enough about how nice of a place this is to bring your family to. You wont be disappointed. The Direct ocean front balcony was a joy to wake up every morning and watched the dolphins.There was more than enough room for the 4 of us. Cant wait to go back.

SAILS II #304 --Great vacation for sure!

My family (two adults and two 5yr olds) enjoyed every minute of our stay at Sails II #304. As soon as we opened the front door we felt at home. The space was perfect for us, the views from the large oceanfront balcony were exquisite from sunset to sunrise, we got to see dolphins swimming by every day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living room was spacious and cozy, it even had a game cube that my kids LOVED on rainy days. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean and sheets and towels were provided if needed. What else can you ask for? a pool you say...that was just perfect as well :) We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and will be back for another great visit in 2012. Thank You!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:Do you have equipment for the paddleball court? How late is the pool open?

A:There are paddles and balls in the closet in the living room. The pool is open until 8:00 pm.

Q:What linens and supplies are available?

A:Mattress pads are on all of the beds. Pillows, sheets, and blankets are in the bedroom closet. Towels and washcloths are also in the closet. Sheets, towels, and washcloths must be washed and put away before departure. The kitchen is stocked with pots & pans, dishes & utensils. Condiments and basic supplies are placed in the condo at the beginning of the season. A coffee pot, 4 slice toaster, and microwave are available. In addition, there are beach chairs, a couple of smaller boogie boards and a beach umbrella in the locker. Renter is responsible for their own paper products.

Q:What are the 'terms' for return of the deposit? What is the cancellation policy?

A:The condo is clean and ready for the next guest. Linens are clean and restored to the closet. No damage, other than normal wear and tear, to the condo. If pay-per-view TV is used, that amount, as advised by the guest, will be subtracted from the deposit. The deposit is returned within 14 days of departure. Also see cancellation policy.
If the cancellation is advised prior to 30 days before the date of arrival, the entire deposit is returned. If the cancellation is advised less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is forfeited, unless or until the unit is rented for that week, in which case, it will be returned.

Q:Are there lifeguards on the beach? Can we grill outside?

A:Ocean City has lifeguards protecting the entire beach during the season.
No, Ocean City has strict rules regarding grills.

Q:How many people can stay at the condo? How many parking spaces are we allotted?

A:We have a four guest maximum limit, which is all that can comfortably stay in a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo.
You have one space, on the north side of the building. There is public parking on the south side of the building, on 133rd St.

Q:What size are the beds in the condo?

A:The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full-sized (double) futon. The futon is left in the open position for the season. The pull out sleeper in the living room is queen sized.

Q:This is a 'do your own cleaning' condo. What does that mean?

A:We provide cleaning supplies and the guest is responsible for cleaning. The majority of our guests find the cleaning easy to manage and appreciate the cost savings. If you prefer not to clean, arrangements can be made with the with the resident manager, cost is approx $50.
