Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental
Weekends (or three days two night min $220.00 +90.00 for additional nights) are done from the first weekend in October thru the third week of May. Week rentals (Saturday to Saturday) are done from last week of May thru September. $590.00 to $1430.00 plus Taxes
Both Condos have one master bedroom with a king sized bed, a guest room with two full size beds, queen sleeper, two full baths, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each unit has central air/heating,washer dryer, cable television in the living room and one in each of the two bedrooms. There are two assigned parking spaces to each unit along with off street parking.
The Purnell House is a five story Ocean front condo with an in ground pool and elevator. With no streets to cross we offer a safe walk to the beach. We are within walking distance to a food market, a convenience store , restaurants and nighttime entertainment.

First of all I need to thank Steve,and Kathy......We could have had a better condo to stay in,it was very well kept.We were so pleased with the condo, all we had to do was just unpack our things and just sit and relax,we were really amaze how close we were to the ocean .....and how convenient everything was especially catching the bus down to the board walk we didn't really have to drive anyplace once we got there......everything that you had in the ad about the condo was so truthful.....that we want this to be a place that we come and stay yearly....I really could keep going on and on about your place....once again thank you both,and if the Lords will we will see you next year....much love from James, Odetta Mckoy

Location was perfect for both the beach and the local hot spots. Condo is clean and comfortable. Owner was easy to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again.

What a wonderful vacation! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony and looking sideways out to the sea. Every morning started there - my son and I saw every sunrise - and we would stretch out on the balcony and chat while we listened to the waves. The condo itself is very comfortable, with a nice open layout in the kitchen/dining room/living room area. I liked that there were so many owners actually living at Purnell House, making it feel less transitory and more settled. It was wonderful to have the pool as well; we used it once when the flies were especially fierce on the beach, and my son liked to take a pool dip on his way from the beach back to the condo. The street was quiet, the condo extremely pleasant, the ocean always a pure joy for my family, and the company was wonderful. We are looking forward to many more summer stays here!

The condo was very clean and met all of our needs. It's right on the beach which is a plus so you don't have to drive anywhere. The view was spectacular from our balcony. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the outdoor shower. I felt more could be done with that, but other than that everything was great & I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in Ocean City.

Rented 1st floor condo. Literally steps from the beach, with exit access from the patio. Great for traveling with kids (ours is 2 years old). Owners were nice and responded quickly to any questions. Couches and carpet in LR a little worn. Nice size bedrooms/baths. Would rent again.
