the place we rented for the last 2 years is fantastic. It sleeps 8 and the views are out of this world. The owner has this condo furnished very tastefully and the balcony is the seller on this unit. It is so large you get view of the ocean and the bay. The kids love it due to the location right on the beach. We will definitely go back again.

We were delighted from the door greeter showing us exactly where to find our way, the family atmosphere, the clean building from inside to outside, and the pleasant check-in staff. As for the condo itself, from the spacious-gated patio with views of both the ocean and the bay, furnished for all your needs from dining to sun bathing, to the spotless two bedroom condo with two full baths and a kitchen with enough supplies to cook any size feast, we were more than satisfied with our stay. There were eight of us there and there was always space for more. The location is convenient to shopping, and some of the best restaurants in the area. We can't wait to stay again. Our only regret was that we didn't rent for a longer stay. We hope to not make that mistake again!

There is a reason why this condo is always booked up. The owners are professional, easy to work with, answers emails and phone calls promptly. Add in a beautifully furnished, well kept condo, with all modern ammenities to go along with the ocean and you have found the formula 4 a perfect vacation for discerning individuals.

I can not say enough about this place. This is the second year in a row that we have rented for Ester and we have had a wonderful time both years. Very nice decor and the balcony was outstanding with a view to die for. Found nothing wrong with the Condo and the owner is lovely person to deal with. Highly recomment it. You will not be disappointed. Looking forward to renting it again next year.

The view was unbelievable...Sunrise/Sunset...The patio was spectactular...WOW!!! We loved the condo and the murals added that touch of being on an island...the space inside, was just perfect for us six women...It was quite and peaceful...Close enough to everything...but not too close...We enjoyed ourselves and are thankful that the owner shares this gem with others...Loved it...Loved it...

The property is spacious and has a fabulous view. We would have enjoyed the patio more if the weather was warmer and less windy - can't control the weather. All in all, it was great and lived up to the website. Just a few suggestions: need more towel bars in the bathrooms. There was no place for our towels after a shower (only one small towel bar in the bathroom) and the shower curtain rod was rusty, so we couldn't use that. I also think a chair in the bedrooms would be nice - not a comfortable one, but one you could just sit on to get dressed and put on shoes. The dishes get very hot in the microwave - I tried to make tea in one of the cups and burned my hand getting it out of the microwave. Finally, you need to update the card with the internet instructions - we spent almost an hour and a phone call getting it to work - the instructions are WRONG on the card. Sometimes internet is important to people and this is a frustration.

I honestly cannot say enough about the owner and this unit!! The spaciousness of it; as well as the fact that there were 3 televisions; so when we were relaxing in there; the kids could have their own space as well was one of the top selling points! The high end washer and dryer were a godsend with the kids; and the fact that we could sunbathe privately was a HUGE bonus. The hotel itself was nice and quaint; not overwhelming like many of the other rentals we looked at. The fact that you could watch the sunrise from one side of the balcony and the sun set from the other was amazing :) All of the dishes, utensils, and appliances were immaculate; and the cleaing supplies that were left for us to use made it feel like we were staying with friends instead of at a rental unit. WE will be booking our family vacations with this owner for years to come; hoping for the same unit!! Highly recommended to anyone who wants a paradise vacation!!

This unit in the Pyramid defies expectation. The building itself is one of the older buildings "up the beach" but the unit is fabulously appointed and has a wonderful balcony with ocean and bay views. The living area is spacious and the kitchen updated and just the right size. I liked the fact that it was easy to get up and down in the elevator and walk to the beach. Grocery store was right across the street as were great restaurants and a movie theatre only a couple of blocks. We never went to the boardwalk as a result of there being so much to do in that location. The staff at the Pyramid is very friendly. They have carts for groceries and unloading and loading cars which makes it very easy. The beach is wonderful and clean. The pool is small but nice. The real selling point is the balcony. You feel like you are on a cruise line in the stateroom with the ocean at eye level. We would vacation here again. There were not a lot of activities in the building but there did not need to be..some of the other units up the beach were very crowded and noisy. This was quiet and perfect for families. Congrats to the owner to maintaining a wonderful unit.

Breathtaking... Relaxing.... Private!

More than we dreamed of!! Pictures do not do it justice. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, had great parking accommodations, a grocery store across the street and beer/wine next door. This waterfront condo had an extra large, fully furnished balcony that made all the difference.... sunsets & sunrises at your convenience, private sunbathing, or just relaxing. It had LOTS of seating which included a large table and chairs, chaises, high table and chairs to look out at the ocean, and mini lights for night time use .... other vacationers were envious! We all agreed it was the best feature of this unit! The pool, with a lifeguard, was very well maintained and within view from the balcony. We never even used our vehicle... a bus station is across the street and was a great way to get around without the hassle of traffic or driving (although I would have been very satisfied to just stay there the whole time).The high end washer/dryer was a god send... we didn't have to go home and do laundry! I highly recommend this upscale vacation paradise! Our only regret is that we rented for a mini week and not a full week!
