Ahhhh - sea level! Enjoy a relaxing getaway in Ocean Sunrise #101, a direct ocean front 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located 136th Street, Ocean City, MD.

Newly renovated (May 2011) kitchen/living room/dining area. New memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms.

The condo offers unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located in a small, 5-unit building in quiet North Ocean City, this condo is but a short drive to the boardwalk and nightlife. Stairs or elevator can be taken to this elevated first floor unit. Parking for one car is provided in the garage underneath the building.

Windows/doors on three sides provide natural light throughout the unit. Open the windows and hear the ocean waves rolling in on the beach. Take in the fresh scent of the sea air.

From the large balcony feel like you're on the beach while enjoying the comfort of table and chairs. Morning sunrises and night time moon rises over the ocean are breathtaking from this special spot on the earth.

The beach is a few steps away with private beach access from the open garage to the dune crossing.

The kitchen is well-equipped for those who wish to prepare meals at home. We offer cable TV in living room and both bedrooms and wireless internet.

This condo is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy!

A short drive to the world-famous Ocean City boardwalk. The public transportation system is reliable and affordable with buses running frequently the length of Ocean City on Coastal Highway.

Breathtaking views of the Atlantic!

I can't say enough about our vacation at Ocean Sunrise 101. The main attraction, of course, is the spectacular, panoramic view of the Atlantic. We loved enjoying our morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the balcony while watching the sun rise and set over the sea. Being one level up is also great for dolphin watching! Inside, the kitchen is beautifully remodeled with new flooring throughout the main living areas. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms were immaculate. We also loved the original artwork throughout the condo. Staying in North Ocean City provides access to all the amenities of both Ocean City and Fenwick Island (great restaurants and shopping) but is tucked away in a quiet corner where you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean at night without the noise that we experienced when staying further south. All in all, we would go back in a heartbeat.

First of all Andrea the owner is fabulous, you will not find a better owner to deal with, responds immediately, and super helpful and in contact all the time. PROs Located past the boardwalk, super brand new kitchen, spotless kitchen, awesome unobstructed view, nice walk to beach, directly on beach, plantation doors are beautiful, really nice flat screen in the living room, two other tubes televisions in each bedroom. Brand new beds, they are HARD, but i like a hard bed, so it worked for us. Parking underneath condo, super nice, keeps car cool in shade. Two full baths. CONS Bathrooms need updated badly. Both are very Outdated and needs a good cleaning and overhaul. No divider on balcony, you sit with your neighbors. Nice place but needs a different cleaning service!

Very clean condo, situated right on the beach in a quiet section of North Ocean City. Owner was very helpful and friendly, letting us use her beach chairs as well. Very satisfied with the entire experience.
