Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental

Make our condo your home away from home! Enjoy a week at our family owned vacation condominium at 44th street in OC, Maryland. We are an Oceanside unit on the 2nd floor with an ocean and bay view. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an elevator, and an indoor heated pool that is open from May 10 to October 15. The master bedroom opens onto a large balcony and has a queen bed and a bath with shower and jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a set of bunkbeds and a queen bed. There is a 2nd full bath in the hall. A large living/dining room area is off the kitchen, and it opens onto the balcony. The sofa opens into a queen bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The living room has a large flat screen TV & DVD player. There is an outdoor shower and on-site parking. Our condo is very clean and the decor is so beachy you will never want to leave. We are 75 yards from the beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, watersports rentals and bus service. Treat yourself and your family to a lovely vacation you will all remember! Security Deposit required. All payments are nonrefundable.Look below to see what we have available. RENTALS ARE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. FAMILIES ONLY. NO GROUPS.

Beach week getaway!

This was a great place! Very clean. Great location! Within walking distance to restaurants.1/2 block walk to the beach. We spent the week with our two sons and their wives,along with our three wonderful grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all. Kitchen was well stocked w/dishes and pots and pans. Everything we needed was there,including indoor pool right across the hall, internet connection and plenty of T.V.'s My husband and I would stay again in a heartbeat. The owners are really nice people too!

Exceptional Place to Stay

We stayed at the Regency Place Condo in Ocean City. It was my first time there and we loved it. The place was right across the hall from an indoor heated swimming pool which my kids LOVED. Down the street from the beach which was also fantastic for walks and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and stores. The unit was also sooooo clean, exceptionally clean, just like home. I usually get to places and clean before I even allow my children to sit or take a shower or anything. I did not have that need here, it was beautiful and relaxing!
