Stayed here for a weekend and will be back again! The unit was spotless and very well decorated. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The vie from the balcony was AMAZING! It is a very private balcony. Deb is a nice woman and replied quickly to our request about availability. Recommend renting this unit if you want a quiet, feel at home place to stay.

Perfect off season stay

Large enclosed beautiful balcony really made us feel like we were sitting on the beach, which would have been difficult considering our January stay. Debbie was extremely helpful and flexible since we kept extending our stay. Have to say it was the nicest place we have ever stayed and we have been coming to OC for 25 years!

The location was great the beach was only a block and a 1/2 away, bay was across the street great park about a mile away! perfect size, beds were ok very spacious.
