Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental

Make this condominium your private vacation home. Experience a restful week in our family owned condominium on 44th Street in Ocean City, MD. Located Ocean side this unit is on the top level with breathtaking views of bay and ocean. There are three bedrooms and two baths, an elevator and indoor heat pool which is open from May 12 to Oct 15th. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and bath with jetted tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds. There is a second full bath in the hall. The large living/dining area has a sofabed that opens to a queen size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom offers its private high quality TV. Living area offers DVD/VCR/TV. There is an outdoor shower and 2 parking spaces. The condo is located about 75 yards from the beach and just a short walking distance to fine restaurants, local shops, bus service and water sports' rentals. Treat yourself and your family to a beautiful vacation!! Security Deposit is required. All payments are nonrefundable. Look below to see what we have available. Rentals SAT TO SAT . FAMILIES ONLY. The Best Rental

I found this to be the best rental in Ocean City, MD. I found it to be better than described. The condo was very clean and up-to date with everything. I especially enjoyed the hot baths in the deep whirlpool bathtub. The location was perfect. I look forward to staying next season!

We just spent a week in Ocean City in unit 401 and what a great place. Dorothy and Jock and have seemed to think of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked, the view of the ocean and bay are great, and it is very beachy, all as promised. It was a short walk to the beach and one of us walked back to make lunch and bring it to the beach. Nicely decorated and short walks for outside meals. We hope to stay there again. Thanks for a lovely vacation.

No Stress Family Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. With spacious living areas and fully stocked kitchen, we had no worries. Since we were two families with small children, one of our favorite things about this property in particular was that the sleeping quarters and living quarters were placed perfectly. Anyone resting in the bedroom areas was peacefully unaware of normal cooking, television and living noises. This allowed our kids to sleep, while the adults played board games and watched television together. We appreciated the very clean and family friendly atmosphere of the condo and the surrounding areas. Very well maintained building, with an excellent location. We will return!

We have stayed at the same place over the last 9 yrs when coming down to OC MD. This was our first time staying here/somewhere new and I have to say it absolutely beautiful. It's very roomy, clean, in a great location and has very nice views of the beach and bay. Overall a wonderful vacation! I would highly recommend. Thank you for a fantastic week:)

I just returned from a week at the beach. This condo is very roomy, clean and nicely decorated. There is plenty of room for a large family. Short walk to the beach and activities close by. I was impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped. It has everything from a blender to a crock pot. I would highly recommend this condo.
