Oceanfront condo with gorgeous views of the ocean! This condo has all the comforts of home. Updates include high speed Internet and all the premium movie and television show channels. This unit sleeps up to 6 with 2-double beds in bedroom and a queen size sleep sofa in living room. Complete kitchen with all the utensils, dishes, pots/pans, microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. The condo is located on 70th street in the East Winds East building. This mid-town location is only seconds away from terrific shopping, miniature golf, water slides, parasailing, watersports, fishing, and the boardwalk. Also, it is a less populated part of the beach since there are no hotels on the block. Great dining is also abundant in the area, this condo is within walking distance from several local favorites such as The Bonfire Resturant, Dough Roller Resturant, Rita's Italian ice, General's Kitchen (breakfast), Seaside Deli Beer & Wine, Reflections Resturant, and Galaxy 66 Bar and Grille. Great nightlife is also abundant within minutes of the condo such as Seacrets Bar & Grille, Fager's Island, Macky's Bayside Bar & Grille, Liquid Assets Wine and Martini Bar, and Fish Tales among several others.
