Prices quoted are for double occupancy. Additional persons, including any children are $5 each per night, additional. From the tropical/nautical balcony you can see the canal, boats and a bit of the bay. Newly remodeled building. Roomy efficiency apartment inspired by the Tropics, there is romantic mood lighting, tropical decor and even a palm tree with twinkle lights. Bedroom area has a queen size bed. The living room area has a futon that folds down into a full size bed. There is a large sliding door that separates the sleeping areas, if needed.

Full eat-in kitchen includes new oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven & coffee maker. Quality cookware & dinnerware plus liquid hand soap, dish detergent, coffee filters, plastic wrap, foil, wax paper and many other touches of home.
Individually controlled AC, color cable TV, DVD/VCR, remote with sleep timer, CD player.
Building has on-site Manager, locking security door, bike rack and outside shower. Laundry room is down the hall ($1.75 per load.) We allow smoking, but we do ask that you try to do so on the balcony. Be sure to include your phone number in your inquiry. Photo ID and $150 security deposit required. Taxes are 10.5%.

In "Old Town" Ocean City, just a block and a half from the Boards! It's close to Bahia Marina and Fishtales Grill & Pub, Embers Buffet, Blu Crab House, Phillips Buffet, Happy Jack Pancake House, Jonah and the Whale Buffet, Candy Kitchen, American Legion Post 166, convenience and liquor store and 2 mini golf courses. Most of these are within 2 blocks of the apartment. Minute Market, Subway and 7-11 are a block or 2 more.
