This is a well maintained family owned 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, fully equipped kitchen with washer dryer, cable TV, wireless internet connection, sleeps 8.
Unique open floor plan offers bright and spacious living area. Outdoor deck faces south overlooking open space with no buildings, providing privacy and quiet atmosphere.
Unit is on elevated first floor, over a covered parking area. Two assigned parking spaces, outdoor pool area with baby pool.
Master bedroom includes queen size bed, vanity with sink, TV, and private bathroom and shower. Second bedroom includes 1 double bed, bunkbeds, full closet, and TV. Living room with sleep sofa, flat screen TV and DVD.
Refundable $175 Security deposit. All payments are non-refundable. Add 10.5% Tax to rates listed in rate schedule. RENTALS ARE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. NON -SMOKING UNIT. No pets allowed.
