Description of the Ocean City vacation home rental

Beautiful bayside home situated within 10 minute walk to the beach and directly across the street from one of the community's Olympic-sized pools. The pool is tucked behind the community association building so it is very quiet but still very close at the same time. Three bedrooms / 2 full baths with dining room, breakfast bar, full living room and a separate playroom for the kids that we like to call the "Parents' Sanity Room". Sleeps eight people and also has a sundeck and washer/dryer unit.

Two recreation areas with Tennis Courts (also located directly across the street), two Shuffleboard courts and 9 hole mini golf course.

A full neighborhood shopping center is a 2 minute WALK from our home (Includes Duffy's Irish Tavern, Tequila Mockingbird, video store, hair salon, full supermarket and other beach shops)

It is also a 2 minute walk to Northside Park --Located on 125th Street and the Bay, Northside Park is Ocean City's largest and most popular park facility.

North Ocean City is located near Fenwick Island and is away from most of the traffic and bustle of downtown Ocean City yet only a five minute car ride to the action and the Boardwalk!!

• Deposits: Deposit is 20% of total rental amount and due at the time of the signing of the lease. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the rental amount is due 30 days prior to the first day of rental date. If not paid by that date, tenant shall forfeit rental dates. If tenant cancels less than 30 days prior to the rental date, tenant shall forfeit the total rental amount.

I go to OC every Labor day and have stayed at a different hotel or condo each time. Finding the right rental at a decent price can be a daunting task. For the past few years, I have been looking for a place that I liked enough to return to every year. I can honestly say I FINALLY found it! I have never used this website before, so I was somewhat nervous, but the owners are really nice; they made me feel at ease and the reservation process surprisingly simple. The location is great. Directly across the street is one of the two community pools and tennis court. Walk a little further down the street and you will find a shopping center with grocery store, restaurant, hardware store and more. All you have to do is cross Coastal Highway and you are at one of the more family friendly sections of the beach. There is also a large pond with walking trail and a pier facing the bay. The home itself is gorgeous. Everything is tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. It has three bedrooms; the master has its own bathroom with a really large bathtub. The kitchen is well equipped with a dining room located to the side. Another cool detail is the two entertaining areas, both have Sofa's, a TV and DVD/VCR. One is more formal while the other is great for kids. There is a driveway and plenty of street parking at the house. If you are lugging a lot of gear to the beach and don’t feel like walking, you can drive across coastal highway and turn down the side street closest to the beach

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while in Ocean City. It was close to the pool, beach and shopping as well as a short drive to the boardwalk. I personally liked the privacy of the home as opposed to a hotel/condo. The owner was very nice and always available to answer questions. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. I wish we could have stayed longer. The home was clean, spacious, and well maintained. It was in the perfect location, close to shopping, the beach, and the park. I would recommend this home to anyone. This property made us feel right at home. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I was very impressed with everything about the owner and his property. My son loved it so much that he said he wished that he could live there. This was a wonderful experience and I look forward to renting this property again very soon.

Some family and friends stayed at this home for 3 nights. It was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, close to shopping and the beach, and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning on renting it again next year! Also, the owners were very helpful and easy to get in touch with.
