This property was very nice with a beautiful view especially from the deck. Each morning we would eat breakfast and both of us wished we could do it every morning. The house was spacious and very clean. The only suggestion I have is the lights in the kitchen were dim and a ceiling light would have been a help. The neighborhood was quiet and we just relaxed and had a wonderful time.

This was a great rental. On the bay side, quiet, clean, and just a hop down the street to watch the sun rise over the ocean. Good food around and wildlife to watch for every morning. And best of all, it;s pet friendly. Please be responsible with your pet so other places will consider. Had a great time!

This was a wonderful house to stay in. It was very spacious and clean and the kitchen was quite well-stocked. It has a very large deck, which would be great in warmer weather (was too cold in March). I would highly recommend this house for a family or two couples to stay in. Go and enjoy the great views!

Great Get-Away

My husband and I and my mother-in-law spent two nights after Thanksgiving in this nice house. We were allowed to bring our two labs, which was great. The house is in a great a location and fully stocked. Everything was comfortable and the owner was reachable by phone for questions. The view from the LR is awesome -- baby ducks swam by and there's a big deck that would have been great to sit out on if the weather was warmer. The house is roomy with comfortable furniture -- two side-by-side sofas and a giant TV with cable, a great dining area with rolling chairs -- great for playing cards, etc. I hope we can visit again next year.

time away

My husband and I needed time away without interruptions. It was quiet and calm. We worked on computer projects at the dining room table while looking out at the bay and we walked to the beach. We were able to bring our small dog and appreciated the no extra fee as she is a well-trained house dog and we wanted to take her with us. We were able to contact Steve with questions and he was responsive and helpful. We gave a 4 star instead of 5 because we had to buy a cooking pan. We normally don't use a microwave. But we were glad it was there for backup when we tried to cook eggs and the frying pan's black peeling pieces came off in to our food. The cooking pans were very old with stains that couldn't be scrubbed out. We would stay again if we get the chance. It was a wonderful week. Thank you for everything! Jim and Susan and Bridgette

We had a nice/great week at your rental place. The deck was great. It was really a lot of fun with kids have access to beautiful wet lands. My mother in law (70 plus ) just loved sitting on the deck in the morning watching the birds and crabbing off the pier.The house has a nice yard was great for our little dachshund. Over all the place is a great house and location, we would love to rent the place again.

Our family spent 4 wonderful days at this comfortable house on a quiet street in Ocean City MD. House is conveniently located- you can walk to the beach & a grocery store. Great deck with amazing view of bay and wildlife. 3 nice size bedrooms - not fancy but very comfortable and clean. Great stay - heading back for a week this summer! and clean.

I brought down my four teen boys for a week of fishing during Canadian school break in March. This rental surpassed all of our expectations. The house was very clean and had all of the kitchen extras that we needed. The dock was excellent, and we had a great view of it and the canal from the livingroom window. Other years, we have driven further south, but Ocean City had everything that Myrtle Beach and Virginia Beach had, but all of the amenities were quite close to the house. All had a great time, and as far as value for the money, it could not be beat.

Our stay was great we had so much fun and we loved the house with a few things we wished was better were the beds they are pretty uncomfortable and the grill was not useable and the pots and pans need updated...but overall we loved it...Thanks for having us.........

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at. 4 adults and 2 dogs and still room for more. The house and the location are excellent. Could not find a better place with such a great price. Will be back next year.

BEST ASPECTS: Spacious and comfortable. Location was supreme (house faces north). Quiet street (in April, anyway). Exceptional view of wetlands, distant OC hotels to the east, and sunsets to the west. Less than a mile to a large supermarket. Two rooms with a double bed, one room with two singles. All beds were comfortable. One room had bathroom adjoined. Other bathroom was in common hall. All appliances, including washer/dryer worked. TV had many channel selections but no DVR (so no pausing or recording). Sufficient number of plates, pots, pans. BarBQ on expansive deck with dock. Pleasant paintings on wall. We were a party of 6. Two others could have slept on the comfortable large sofas. The whole house was clean upon arrival. DEFICIENCIES: NO internet connection (claimed there was one). House shows some signs of wear (which seems to be the case with many beach rentals): cigaret burns on the rug by the large comfortable chairs, which squeaked, small area of external siding peeled away, light strip in main bathroom secured by tape. Overall, this rental surpassed our expectations. It is a very good value. The landlord is pleasant and accessible. We would rent again if there was internet—which we intended to use for daily destination research, restaurant reviews, and college homework (by one of my boys).

The three of us enjoyed a quiet time at thehome. It was all we wanted in a vacation rental, close to everything, wellstocked and maintained. The pier was a plus, and a good place to walk. I would defintely return.

We had a great time on vacation.My husband and son enjoyed being on the back porch overlooking the bay.My daughter and i enjoyed walking in the quiet neighborhood.We met many woderful people while on vacation.I had a recent surgery and it was a great place to recouperate.The owners are very prompt and very courteous.

The views and outside deck were great. The house was roomy and bright. Overall condition of home was it needs to be upgraded (wall paper peeling, water marks on ceiling, plaster chipping etc).
