Beautiful bayside waterfront individual home overlooking acres of protected marshlands and wildlife. This single family home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There is central A/C, deck overlooking the canal, outdoor shower, private boat dock, and private parking. A fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave.

Area Information

The Charlotte is centered in a prime location in Ocean City. All within a 10 minute walk is the glorious sandy beach of the atlantic ocean, grocery store, playground, tennis and basketball courts, great restaurants, and shopping. The bus that you can ride for $2.00 all day is 2 blocks away, which will take you downtown to the boardwalk, or uptown for more shopping and restaurants, and family fun activities.

Best property in OC!

The Charlotte proved to be an accommodating house in a prime location! The canal behind the house is quiet and deep enough to swim in, bus and beach are a few minutes' walk, and 94th street is a great place to boat from. The owners are very nice and fair. I was very impressed with the house during my stay and will rent again!

The house was extremely nice and in a great location. Anywhere that was more than walking distance was only a $1 bus ride away. Owners were very nice and helpful. Recommend this spot.

We have rented "The Charolette" every year for the last 3 years. We come back every year. It is the perfect family get away. The beach is nearby as well as a supermarket Being able to eat in, is a huge savings to our vacation costs. We also bring our boat down. Having a boat docked outside your door is priceless. The boat ramp is just a couple of blocks away. We catch crabs right at the end of canal and fish out in the bay. The location of the house it what sets it apart. It is in a quiet suburban type neighborhood with ample parking but near everything Ocean City has to offer.

Very spacious!!

The house is very clean and spacious. Lots of room for the kids to claim their corner. Well equipped except the internet wasn't working when we were their. Generous parking. We parked 3 SUVs with room for loading/unloading. Big deck with wonderful view of the bay and privacy f/ the neighbor. Outdoor shower is nice. Walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was remarkable. We had plenty of space to spread out especially with the back room. It was nicely decorated and very clean! We loved the deck and were able to rent a boat with the convenience of getting everyone on/off right from the house, that was great! The outdoor shower was awesome and we got much use out of that! The kids and adults all had a wonderful time. The location of the house was perfect, just far enough away from the crowd/commotion of the amusement park/boardwalk but close enough to walk to the beach and grocery store everyday. My younger girls loved the playground as well. I would highly recommend this house to friends/family as well as consider renting it again myself! Thank you Perry and Karen!
