Description of the Ocean City vacation townhouse rental
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- You must be 25 or older to sign the rental agreement.
- We only rent to high school seniors if a parent will be staying in the rental.
- From 6/8/12 to 8/24/12 we only rent at a weekly rate from Saturday to Saturday. You do not have to stay the entire week, but you will still have to pay the weekly rate.

Ocean Bliss 303 - Clean and Comfortable

We more than surprised when we opened the door. The pictures did not do this place justice. It was very clean, big, decorated beautifully and it was very modern. The wrap around deck was great for both the bay view but also being able to see the ocean all the way from costal highway. We have stayed in OCMD many times over the past 10 years and Ocean Bliss 303 was by far the nicest. We slept nine 30 yr old full sized adults with no issues at all. We would 100% stay there again. Thanks!

Totally awesome. We stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday, and it was totally awesome. Everything that we needed were available. The townhouse was totally clean and beautiful. Would recommend this property over any other property. We had to walk to the beach, but after being in that beautiful townhome i didn't care. I initially thought that you would see the water from the house but not the case. Everything, coffee machine, blender, glasses, clean linens and silverware. EVERYTHING IS THERE. I TRULY AND TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT. I am going back and totally soon.

We had such a great time at this property. The house was absolutely beautiful. The beach was so close and the weather was perfect! There was plenty of sleeping room and everything was within walking distance (i.e. Secrets was 10 blocks :)) We even walked 23 blocks for Coconuts Bar & Grille happy hour special both Friday and Saturday evenings. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and we are hoping to stay here again soon!

It was the best place up to date that we stayed in Ocean City. The space, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms were all amazing. Everyone that stayed that weekend (11 people) were amazed by how big and nice the place is. Big future that stand out for everyone was closed 3 car garage, which is one of the big factors when you take your car out to a road trip. Also, private swimming pool was a great feature. We'll be booking this place for next year, 2010 :) Thank you.

The house was very nice, spacious and a great location for everything that you would need. Although I would have liked to have had more cookware. There were too few pots and pans and that made it a little difficult to feed a family of 14 people.

Perfect Location, Great Vacation

Our stay was for 3nights/4days over Labor Day wknd. We were a group of 12 adults who fit very comfortably in this home. Check in/out took 2 mins. The location of this home was perfect for our trip (directly across from Fager's Island, and we walked to/from Seacrets). Right next door was "Tubby's" serving hot/cold sandwichs and snacks until 3am! A 7-Eleven was within 1/2 block. The beach was one block from our door, and we had it almost entirely to ourselves (possibly due to the time of year). Master suite had very large master bathroom (w/lots of counter space), a walk-in closet, and a private balcony. Had a group of self-proclaimed "partiers" sharing the connecting townhome and we heard Nothing! Complete privacy. Large kitchen had everything we needed (except a blender) and plenty of counter space. We cannot reccomend this property more highly, and will not stay anywhere else while vacationing in Ocean City.

The house was nice and had a great floorplan. My only complaint was I don't beleive we got the unit that was in the picture in the advertisement. The unit we got was extremely close to a restaurant next door and the lights and people sitting at their outdoor tables were less than 15 feet away from sliding glass doors in one of the bedrooms. This made it extremely difficult for poeple to sleep in that room. Had I seen this in the advertised picture, I would have had second thoughts about renting this house or I would have made sure I got one of the units on the otherside which is what the pictured showed. But again the floorpaln was awesome! It was a perfect set up for 3 families and we got a great price.
