The condo location was great. The bedrooms were very accommodating for our party size (2 parents and 4 grown children). We thought the amenities were somewhat lacking mainly in the kitchen. Not enough plates and cups. There were signs throughout the condo instructing us on what not to do. It was distracting from the overall relaxing nature of the vacation finally the linen service did fulfill the need stated we thought it should include bath and hand towels.

We had a really nice stay at this condo. It would have been nicer if toilet paper and Wi-Fi were included but I would definitely stay again.

The condo was dirty/unclean when we arrived although we had already checked in according to the 3 pm check in schedule. One of the bed box springs had to be changed the next day as it was broken. Seems this would have been fixed before arrival as it was obvious something was wrong with the bed. Not impressed with the view as there really was none of the ocean unless you went out through the gates to see it. The condo is spacious...furniture not comfortable in main area. Pool is nice although small for a building of that size. With that said , the pool was never crowded. The walk to the beach was short and easy to access. Did like that there was a store, drug store, etc across the street and within walking distance.

It was lovely to be right on the beach, what we really wanted. The house was not up to our expectations or even electrical codes. It was very dated and poorly maintained. We would not return to this rental.

The air condition was too much noisy. But the place was wonderful , beach,and peaple around, so nice! Wonderful week for all of us!

Unit is very well equipped and comfortable. Only negative....sliding glass door to deck takes great effort to open.

The owners of this property are wonderful! Debbie gives you her cell phone number if there is a problem or if you have a question. The condo is Ocean front, the pool is beautiful, the deck is huge, but the chart topper is the gorgeous rooms. Huge sectional with pull out sofa, tv and stereo system, two full baths and two huge bedrooms. The balcony is like a closed in sunroom but the huge Pella door opens for a beautiful view. My girlfriends and I had a great girls getaway and can't wait to stay there again. You can't pass up this place!! I have stayed in many condos in Ocean City Md including the 9400 building next door and this surpasses every place I have stayed in!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful loccation, just miles from the bordwalk area, the condo was spacious and quaint. Would definetely recommend it to a friend.

The condo was pretty with an amazing view. The beach shed has an umbrella, chairs and sand toys for use. The only thing I didn't like was that one of the three bedrooms looked out into the enclosed hallway and the elevator. But otherwise the front of the condo and master bedroom have amazing views! The balcony is a nice size and we comfortably sat 5-6 people outside.
Grace at North Beach, Realtors is so nice to deal with. She is so accommodating. She makes it a point to call us the night before our vacation begins to let us know the property will be available earlier than the 2pm check-in. That is so helpful. I feel like she's a friend. I've been dealing with Grace since 1981.

Dealing with a family owned and operated business is the bomb! Grace and her staff treat us like we are their family. All of her properties are clean clean clean and very nicely decorated. I can always trust that Grace will have a wonderful unit for us even if we don't go down to preview the properties beforehand. She is very selective in which units she brings into the rental program and I appreciate that!

Grace offers a tentative reservation program which allows us to book the same property for the following year as we're checking out. I like this... and there is no charge for this! You will want to plan your vacations with Sea Grace at North Beach, Realtors... I know you'll love working with Grace and her staff. Elaine in the front office is so patient and nice. Dorette is very accommodating! Tammy was delightful, Rick is funny and I love working with him too.
