Wonderful springbreak

The kids love all the great amenities Sunset Island has to offer, from the fishing pier to the water play area. The adults were able to relax and enjoy the clubhouse.....great food and drinks. Our townhouse was very spacious and just convenient, we will definitely be back.

AWESOME VACATION PROPERTY

I cannot say enough good things about this vacation rental and the community in which is resides. The property itself is warm, inviting, spacious and very clean. The Sunset Island Community is a great location with picturesque views and many great amenities including private bayside beach areas, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, corner shop, fishing pier and water fountain (a favorite of the kids to run through). I would highly reccomend this propoerty to all!

Great Community for groups and families!

This is really a great community to stay in because you do not have to leave the property. We took full advantage of the outdoor and indoor pool, fitness center, beach, and sitting listening to the live entertainment by the bay at night. My kids had so much fun in the sprinklers and crabbing at the pier. The Corner store is so convenient and right across the street so we were there at least 3 times a day for all the last minute items! I would definitely go back again! We had a great time!

This is a charming neighborhood! Rules to follow like no towels on balconies but that is what keeps it so delightfully clean and attractive. Our home was spacious and quiet and amenities were just the best: pool,fitness room,bay front beach and pier, restaraunt w/live bands, sprinkler fountains,corner store,nature trail, one block to beach....on and on i could go. We LOVE Sunset Island! If you have toddlers...it is the best with soo much to keep them thrilled besides the beach. Do not hesitate!!
