3 bedrooms-1 King, and 2/2 twins- sleeps 6. Family room on lower level can accommodate 2 with cot or portable-inflatable mattress. All bedrooms have remote control television.
2 full baths upstairs- hallway and master bath room, and 1/2 bath on main level off of family room-toilet and sink.
State of the art technology- flat screen TV with surround sound and built in stereo system in family room.
Modern kitchen with preparation island, plenty of seating in kitchen and adjacent dining room.
Area Information
Club house amenities include an indoor pool, beautifully appointed indoor recreation and fitness and kitchen area with a state-of-the-art fitness center. Outdoor pool area rivals a fine hotel with a lifeguard on duty daily from 5/31-Labor Day.

I just came back from a trip to the OC. I had such a great time, and the house that we rented was absolutely beautiful!It was in a quite neighborhood, very spacious, and very, very clean!!! I read the postings before booking, and it said that it wasn't far from the strip. I am glad that we didn't stay directly in the midst of all the chaos the strip can bring, especially during the VW weekend. Both Bill and Kelly were a joy to speak with, and they made the booking process such an ease on me. I am definitely going to be renting this unit again! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic Accomodations - Close to EVERYTHING!

We couldn't have been happier with the home in Bayside. Not only was it close to everything, it was a little bit outside all the chaos. Parking was a breeze and there was a lot of it. The home showed beautifully and was immaculate and had all the amenties of home. All of us were extremely impressed and cannot wait to come back again in the future. The owners were wonderful to work with and provided top notch customer service. This was probably the best vacation home I have ever rented. You will not be dissapointed. :)

Beautiful home near Assateague National Seashore

This 3 bedroom townhouse was very beautiful. The owner Mr. Staudt was so nice. The house was was about 5 minutes from Assateague Park and 10 minutes from Oean City. The home was beautifully done. My family and I loved our stay.
