Enjoy a direct ocean view from every window in this cozy, comfortable, and clean 1BR, 1BA Condo in the historic and elegant Flanders Hotel, centrally located at 11th and the Boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ. This unit sleeps 4, with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The Flanders offers an on-site restaurant, exercise/fitness center, and wireless Internet access. Each condo in the hotel is individually owned or managed; all units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We rent to families and adults only. The tenant provides all towels and bed linens; blankets and pillows are provided. Minimum stay during July and August is one week (Saturday to Saturday). Thank you for your interest. • Deposits: 50% deposit within 5 days to hold reservation. Balance of rental and security deposit are due 30 days before check-in. If unit is reserved within 1 month of check-in date, full amount is due at time of reservation via U.S. Postal Service money order, bank-certified personal check, or cash.
   
• Other Fees: $200 security deposit (refunded after inspection of property reveals no damage or need for excessive cleaning); for long-term rentals (more than one month), add electric. Cancellation Policy: Request to cancel must be in writing. All deposit money will be retained until unit is rerented at full price. No cancellation fee will be charged if unit is re-rented at full price. If re-rental price is less, cancellation fee will be the difference between the two amounts.
