Adorable & clean 1 bd/ba, sleeps 3-4, with A+++ convenience; a best-value jewel hidden in the center of everything. Within 1-2 block radius: famous beach & boardwalk, tennis, surf lessons, shuffleboard, bike rentals, basketball, skateboard park, restaurants, amusements,& Music Pier. Park your car in your assigned space in the ground-level, huge, open carport(under the building) & never have to worry about a parking space. Seascape Condominiums are 12 individually owned condo units at 701 Atlantic, on the corner of the beach block. Unit #200 is an End Unit on the second floor (with NO condo unit above or below it) and the only one with a totally unobstructed view of the ocean and boardwalk from the doorway. A sliding glass door opens from the bedroom onto your private balcony which makes this cozy unit an airy space. After a day at the beach and your refreshing outside shower, climb the adjacent stairs or use the convenient elevator that opens about 10 steps from your door! Everything is right there and convenient. No pets or smoking are allowed. TENANT PROVIDES ALL TOWELS AND LINENS. WE PROVIDE Blankets, Pillows, Kitchen Utensils, Cooking and Dish Ware. This unit is fresh and clean and was remodeled nicely a year ago, with full kitchen. New flat screen tv and queen bed in bedroom. Great for a small family or a couple's retreat. Area Description
Ocean City, NJ, is a barrier Island famous for its wonderful beaches, family friendly activities, no liquor allowed and all around safe environment. The raised wooden boardwalk with oodles of eclectic shops and eateries runs partially along the beach for 2 1/2 miles. Bicycles are allowed at certain times on the boards, but always throughout the town with alleys as alternates for safety routes with children. Plenty of fun and activities are available for adults as well as children with bike & surrey rental places, sailing, para-sailing (high in the air), miniature golf, regular golf, tennis courts, surfing (at the end of our street!), jet skiing, fishing, kayaking on the bay and/or ocean, party boats, cinemas, amusement rides and last but not least, the Music Pier on 8th and Boardwalk, where beauty pageants, concerts, art festivals, and many other shows, are always in progress. Family fun things are going on throughout the town all summer with schedules available at the Music Pier. Interesting and varied shopping downtown includes a department store on Asbury Ave about 3 blocks away, with a super market and nearby. CapeMay, located at the end of NJ, is about 35 minutes south where world famous birding events take place year round at the Refuge; the Wetlands Institute conducts hikes and activities & is a little closer, in Stone Harbor; Pineland kayaking down peaceful, amazing streams flourishing with beauty is available about 25 minutes away & more inland from the Hamilton Mall (20 min ride), which are both on Rt #322. Rent the kayak right there in Weymouth. Phila is within 45 minutes on the Expressway; Atlantic City and its many glittering Casinos are about 20 minutes north.
Within a 1-2 block radius, you have basketball courts, skateboard area, rides, restaurants, tennis, music pier and more. Library and Community Center with Fitness Center is on 18th and Bay Ave. Rent DVD's, books, and check email.
