Gorgeous,Condition Two bedrooms One bathroom, Large living room, One queen bed and Two single beds, plus one queen sofa bed in the family room, allow sleeping for up to 6 people. Full Kitchen including with a new oven, microwave, refrigerator,dishes & siverware & glasses,coffee maker,toaster oven,George foreman grill,and much more. Non-Smoking Unit and Pets Not Allowed.
36" Color TV in the living room. and each bedrooms has a TV's Laundry Faeilities: laundry room with coin operated two new washers & two new dryers.
Outside showers behind the condo Unit has free telephone service for Ocean City Area. Private parking reserved spot in front of condo. Go to the beach with four beach tags we provided by the owner.

Deposits: Require a deposit sum of $ 100.00 and it will be returned upon satisfactory inspection by the owners after termination of the lease. It is the tenant's responsibility to clean the condo. $ 50.00 will be deducted from the depoist if the owner has to pay a cleaning service to clean the condo. Owner shall have (10) days after expiration of the lease to advise tenant in writing of any breakage or damage to the property In the case of a dispute it is agreed that all deposit monies held by owner

Other Fees: Go to the beach with four (4) beach tags we provided. Tenants are responsible if lost tags $25.00 each. No Senior Week groups or Prom Weeks, Note ! This Condo is a Non-Smoking unit. a deep cleaning fee of $ 50.00 will be chrged to anyone found smoking within the unit. Cleaning Supplies; We have cleaning supplies for tenants may use them. good map,brooms,buckets,sponges,detergents,windew, etc. new vacuum.
