Newly Opened Two (2) Units Furnished New painted with 2 bedroom and three bedrooms, but you could rent it as one, two or three bedrooms depends the number of vacationers, (both are sunny and bright, each room with ceiling fan, windows 2 bedroom on 1st floor, the 3 bedroom is on 3rd floor), sleep up to 1-6, (Rate based on 2 adults, add $75 ea additional kid/baby/adults with advance notice) large bath with tub, WiFi in unit and porch, use of porch. in beautiful Ocean Grove New Jersey. Step to Ocean and near by beautiful clean, beaches, many restaurants, post office, bank, and NYC express, bus, trains. Rates are negotiable; depends on your need, the month and the length of staying.
Summer/Vacation/Winter Rental . May to Sept. Rates from 2,500/mo or from 700/wk; (June-Sept): Winter rental Oct. to May $900-$1200/mo, big discount for whole winter or whole summer rental or even longer term.

First Time in NJ

Did not have any prior knowledge of Ocean Grove, NJ but were pleasantly surprised. This apartment is indeed within easy walking distance of the ocean and has handy private access to the street. Felt completely safe walking our dogs at any hour and the shops and restaurants are delightful. Try some ice cream from Day's, and the lobster roll at SeaGrass is generous to the max! Give Amy a call - she's very easy to work with and a delightful host! The apartment could use some updating and you need to bring your own supplies,but is kept clean. Overall, a very good experience.
