Vacation Rental Policies

* Security Deposit is $600 during the summer. Security deposit for winter or yearly rental is one and a half month's rent. After May 1st, full payment due at time of booking. * Payment Options: Pay by personal check. If you prefer paypal, or would like to expidite a deposit via paypal to hold the rental, please add the paypal fee(3%). If you prefer paypal, please add the paypal fee (3%).
* Refund subject to our re-renting the unit with a small administrative fee deducted. Administrative fee deducted.
* Check in: Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday with Check in at 2 pm and check out at noon.
