The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation within 30 days of arrival the total balance is due in full by credit card only at the time the reservation is made.

This condo is beautiful! It is super clean and beautifully decorated. I've never stayed in such a nice place for vacation before. This condo made our vacation a wonderful experience! You should book this condo, just not on my week. :)

Fantastic place at the beach!

What a wonderful condo! We rented this condo and the one next door for a small family reunion. It was great because the porches on the back are connected and it was very easy to go back and forth. You are a short walk from the beach and the pool. You are also near the Intercoastal Waterway where you can crab and clam. The condo is well stocked and great for large groups - 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. There is a beautiful view of the waterway. Ocean Isle beach is not overdeveloped. It is a great beach with shells and great waves. Perfect for any age. There are grocery stores nearby and very good restaurants. It is fantastic! We will definitely stay there again!
